For Mother's Day this year, my wonderful husband bought me 2 perfumes from @lushcosmetics that I've been wanting for literal yearsss! 😍💘 And we didn't even notice until after we had already left the mall but the associate that rang us up had secretly gifted us a bubble bar scented in The Comforter! 😭💗 I had totally forgotten that Lush employees sometimes give out RAOK so I thought that was such a nice surprise! My favorite of the 2 perfumes is of course American Cream, I have always been in love with this fragrance ever since the very first time I smelled the shower gel at Lush and I have so many vendor wax dupes of it that I melt often. I'm so happy that now I'll be able to wear it and smell it on myself! I also really love Rose Jam too though! I have a few vendor wax dupes of this fragrance as well and I used to purchase the bubbleroon from Lush every so often so I've always wanted to try the perfume version of this fragrance as well. The reviews I read on Reddit pretty much all said that both of these perfumes are very long lasting and pretty strong. I have a feeling that I'm going to be reaching for these 2 quite often! Aktualnie nie ma dostępnych perfum (ale na pewno były), można za to kupić mgiełkę, ale też galaretkę pod prysznic czy bombę do kąpieli o tym zapachu. Nutę głowy stanowi lawenda, a nutą serca jest fasolka tonka, natomiast nutami bazy są benzoes i ylang-ylang. Pierwsze zetknięcie z tym zapachem to świeżość lawendy, ale z każdą kolejną sekundą jest ciężej, gęściej i ulepniej. Pojawiają się żywiczne nuty, a potem już fasola tonka, czyli waniliowo-orientalne nuty. Generalnie momentami jest podobnie do Mon Guerlain, ale jednak mimo wszystko bardziej orientalnie. Bardzo ciekawy zapach, ale jak na spray bardzo mocny i trwały. A nawet szokująco trwały, bowiem wiele perfum nie zostawia takiego ogona, jak ta mgiełka od Lush. Znacie? Lush|Bridgerton Perfume. It's quite rare that we get a new floral perfume from Lush and you couldn't get more floral than this. Apparently this perfume was created by Emma Dick for her wedding and is inspired by a floral bouquet. It's elegant, rich and intense but still soft and rounded. It makes a statement, without overpowering the space. Perfect for Bridgerton. When your first spray it, the initial scent is sharp and slightly herbal- with the greener notes racing to the front- namely, rosemary, sage and mint. Almost immediately, the herbs are brushed aside by some bright, citrusy notes. Then as the perfume dries down, it becomes more and more floral. The headier notes of jasmine and ylang ylang are shining but they're not too dirty. They lean naturally sweet, clean and soapy- no doubt helped by a blanket of rose. The way it settles on the skin is just lovely. It's almost like the smell of freshly scrubbed skin, after using a fancy soap. There's also something a bit old-fashioned about this fragrance, that I really like. You can imagine Marilyn Monroe wearing something like this. The overall fragrance is a bright, sweet floral with powdery, clean, soapy notes and a subtle herbal base. Oh and this sticks to the skin like crazy. I sprayed this on my wrist yesterday and I could still smell it today. So potent.

Ich weiß gar nicht, ob du es wusstest, Lush hat auch vegane und tierversuchsfreie Düfte (selbst gekauft) und mein Mann mag diesen am liebsten- es ist Vanille, aber auch warm mit Untertönen von Lavendel und Salbei. Der Duft ist so das Gegenteil von einem Impulse Sportumkleide Vanillealbtraum meiner Realschulzeit: kein stechendes Aroma, sondern warm und rund wie eine warme Vanillemilch an einem Kaminabend. Mein persönlicher Duftliebong ist Junk: das Solid Parfüm ist fruchtiger, das Flüssige startet etwas aggressiv, aber nach 20-30 Minuten hast du einen tollen Duft aus Cassis und frischen Kräutern, wie ein Garten in der Juniabendsonne frisch nach dem Gießen, wenn die Erde noch warm ist von einem heißen Tag und die Jostas und Kirschen kurz vor der Ernte stehen.

By Night One Way, By Day Another Body Spray. This seems to be dividing people but I love this body spray. It features the same scent as the Fiona Shower Gel but I feel like you get much more of the mango leaf absolute in this format. Upon first spray, you get a ton of bright fresh lime but that settles quite quickly and you get the mango leaf and violet coming through. Mango leaf has an intense, green, fruity note, with touches of green tea. The violet isn't noticeable on it's own but it really helps to intensify the other fragrances, making everything that much greener and sharper. The buchu helps to bring out that tropical fruity element. It also adds to the subtle sweetness. The way that this scent settles is stunning. It's fruity, green, fresh but also slightly sticky and warm- almost like slightly fermented tropical fruit. It has flashes of Calacas and Guardian of the Forest but is definitely it's own thing- Lush don't have anything like this. Fruity scents don't tend to last long but this really did. I've worn it a couple of times now and it really lasts, particularly on clothes. I've also gotten a few compliments, from people who aren't necessarily fans of Lush's perfumes.
