In the early follicular phase the vagina is dry and the secretions are minimum. Around ovulation the cervical secretions become slippery and watery. This is fertile mucus made to help assist sperm through the cervix. Don't be afraid to get in touch - ask your GP for a referral! 🤗 Your GP You should ask your GP the gamut of questions, including the medicines you may need to cut out, or the vitamins you should be taking. Your GP can also give you up-to-date general health and wellness advice that could support conception. 🤗 A trusted friend or family member This should be someone you can download to, vent, cry, laugh or even simply sit in quiet. You are likely to face a lot of ups and downs and you will need someone in your corner. 🤗 A really great counsellor or therapist Sometimes, it helps to see a qualified professional.
