Was Napoleon a NOBLEMAN? 🤔 In 1796, after thirteen years of independence, Corsica came under France. Noble families also lived in Corsica, but their status was different from the French nobility and therefore unclear. The administration of Louis XV insisted that those Corsicans who wished to assert privileged status in society had to prove their noble status and prepare documentation to satisfy French officials. Carlo Buonaparte, Napoleon's father, had obtained the right to use the title "nobleman" from the archbishop of Pisa in 1768. In 1771, the higher Corsican council officially recognized his noble status, and as a representative from Ajaccio, he was elected to the Corsican General States. When Corsica came under France, the Bonaparte family thus had the status of a kind of lower (rural) nobility. Tombe du Maréchal Sérurier Il naît en 1742 et est militaire d'ancien régime. Il participe à la Guerre de sept ans. Au moment de la Révolution il participe à la campagne d'Italie. Il devient ensuite Maréchal d'Empire mais est trop âgé pour participer aux campagnes napoléoniennes. Il est pendant cette période Gouverneur des Invalides. En 1814, à l'arrivée des troupes étrangères il fait détruire les drapeaux pris aux ennemis pour éviter qu'ils soient pris par l'ennemi. Ich habe den Rub über nacht im Kühlschrank einwirken lassen. Ich nutze Hickory Holz zum Räuchern auf meinem #napoleon #legend Grill. Je nach Fleisch 2 bis 3.5Std bei max 110C°.
