When I decide to quit my jobs and go work with Eveline at school almost every day... 🤔 I did not think of these two things: 1. When working from 8.45 am until 3.45 pm from Monday until Friday (Wednesday until 12.30 pm), the city is super crowded. Where I could walk home super relaxed after working at the doctor's practice (ended at 5.30 pm) I am now surrounded by 3 to 18 years olds on bikes, steps, by foot. They are literally everywhere. That never crossed my mind I would need to adjust to this. 😱 And 2. When you're in a classroom the whole day with a bunch of 8 year olds, they are willingly sharing their germs. So strange. All this time I worked at the doctor's practice, where all kinds of diseases passed my desk, I did not get sick. Except for Covid, after working there over one month and a little cold after working there a year. And stomach flu last January. But after 4 days with a classroom full of 8 year olds, that's like volunteering to accept and to take their germs and keep them, only to spray them back into the classroom after the weekend. Nadal nie mamy ciepłej wody, bo kolejny raz szlag trafił podgrzewacz, wciąż nie mamy światła nad zlewem, część gniazdek w kuchni nadal nie działa, los (lub czort!) jeden wie, bo nadal boimy się sprawdzić, czy działają zmywarka i pralka, a w domu jest kilka, w porywach do kilkunastu stopni - oto, jak zaczyna się majówka. Ale za oknem jest *ta* wierzba, wodę na kąpiel można przecież zagotować, a na tarasie się rozgrzać, no i kominiarz znów pozwolił palić w piecach. A magical day yesterday driving through the rain and then seeing a rainbow after I got over a hill. A rainbow in the middle of the desert with no buildings obstructing the view is one of the most beautiful & powerful experiences ever.🌈 I love the rainbow chakra concept:) It wasn’t until the 1970s that the idea of chakras (energy vortex) paired with colors came to be. The chakra system originated in India between 1500 and 500 BC in the oldest text called the Vedas. There are color associations written but nothing like today. Colors have always been used in ancient healing traditions.
