Across The Street Had a wonderful visit to this beautiful Pennsylvania farm near Three Springs. I had created a collage capturing the barn and farmhouse in 2022. This is a different view across the street (the farm lane) as the farmers daughter called this beautiful hillside of grass and trees. Hello everyone—to mark 1400 followers, I thought I’d (re) introduce myself via a few images from the last few months: 1 using my new pocket microscope to look at moss with my mother; 2 monotype of plants on tinted cyanotype, a test for the piece I’m making for an upcoming show with @inliquidart; 3 some incredible shale I saw while hiking in #worldsendstatepark with @djibrinemainassara; 4 soil paintings made by participants in a workshop @friendsofhighschoolpark that was part of Mapping Our Watershed, a project I just completed with @ttfwatershed and @cheltenhamarts—the finished artwork is in the @artessaalliance biennial, opening this weekend, and I’ll be teaching this workshop again on 9/16 at Penn Treaty Park; and 5 my pollinator garden.
