Next thing we knew, they were ordering a package and now the bikes are hanging safely in the wall while saving space🙃 So you see, one day is about bikes, some other day it can be about self care or health… or content prompts, or business tips … the sky is the limit! If your Pinterest isn’t converting into sales, here’s what your probably missing 👀 ❓Do you understand your target audience? You need to understand your audience and how they are using Pinterest. Spend some time on Pinterest as a user and think about who you are targeting and how they might search for your topic. Create pins with a variety of keywords ❓Do you have a funnel set up? Someone clicked on your pin and landed on your website. Now what? Make sure you have a clear action for your audience to take and make it easy for them to take action. Remember a confused mind doesn’t buy (or stay on your website) ❓Are you nurturing your audience? One of my favorite ways to use Pinterest is to grow my clients’ email lists. But if you aren’t nurturing your email list, you’ve just given someone a freebie and ghosted them. Please don’t do that. Use your emails to provide value and build trust with your audience so you can leverage your email list for sales. If you’re ready to leverage Pinterest for sales, have a strong foundation is key. Okay, I don't know if you can read the current views when I took the screenshot but it's 32k... of course this can be a different number depending on the season... sometimes it'll be more, sometime it'll be less... And you might hear gurus talking about "Vanity Metrics" but here's my unpopular (and fact-based LOL) opinion: This is an indicator that people are saving your pins, that's why there is growth Having stated that, let me tell you how this happen and how you can get this results too I had this account set up for Andra back in 2022 (Set Ups include a Google Doc with your keyword list), and taught her how to pin on a call (this happened before I created the course) Andra created a pin everyday ever since we had that call keeping them organized in her properly optimized (good SEO) boards... I saw her reach 75k and drop to 8k around the last quarter of 2023... she lost not only reach but also followers on what we thought was a "shadowbanning" from the algorithm But you know what? She never gave up! She continued to pin consistently and her account has been recovering regardless of the seasons and circumstances Now, how can you get results like hers or recover from low views, engagement, traffic and general stagnation when it comes to Pinterest marketing? 1) KEYWORDS... use them everywhere! 2) Keep things organized in boards so the algorithm understands where your content should be shown 3) Slow and steady wins the race... you don't need to pin more than once a day, you could even pin 3 or 4 times a week as long as you are consisntent. Won't say success doesn't happen overnight 'cause I have seen it but don't forget to stay consistent Just keep going no matter what, forget about the slumps and keep putting your magic out there (Psst... Create a dedicated board: To avoid mixing content and diluting the SEO strength of your existing boards, consider creating a new board specifically for your Instagram posts. 2. Review your imported content: Pinterest is supposed to only pull the first image or video from Instagram carousels, but this has been glitchy for me, and It's pinned every single carousel slide as a new pin. You may need to manually check and adjust what gets pinned! Things to consider: - Your pins won't be optimised for Pinterest search, they are literally copied and pasted across and should NOT replace an optimised pinning strategy. - There is no title for the pin, although this is something you can add retrospectively. The pin link will link to the individual Instagram post. Again, you can edit this in Pinterest to the URL of your choosing. - You can toggle the auto-import feature on or off as needed, giving you control over when and what content is shared between the platforms.
