Plnené conchiglioni 🍽️ 📝 Potrebujeme: • cestoviny conchiglioni • 100 g špenátu • 400 g syru ricotta • syr Niva • strúhaný syr • 500 ml paradajkovej omáčky • cibuľu • cesnak • oregano 📝 Postup: Cestoviny varíme približne 10 minút, scedíme a necháme vychladnúť. Na oleji opražíme cibuľu s cesnakom, pridáme paradajkovú omáčku, oregano a chvíľu povadíme. Zo syrov a nasekaného špenátu pripravíme plnku. Omáčku nanesieme na dno zapekacej misy, poukladáme naplnené cestoviny a vrch posypeme syrom. Lemon loaf 🍋 📝 Potrebujeme: • 1 hrnček cukru • 1 PL citrónovej kôry • 1 vajce • ½ hrnčeka oleja • ½ hrnčeka citrónovej šťavy • ½ hrnčeka mlieka • 1½ hrnčeka hladkej múky • 1 ČL sódy bikarbóny • vanilkový cukor • 1 hrnček práškového cukru • 2 PL pomarančovej šťavy 📝 Postup: Cukor s kôrou zmiešame, pridáme vajce, olej, šťavu a mlieko. Do tejto tekutej zmesi pridáme vanilkový cukor, preosiatu múku a sódu bikarbónu. Zmes nalejeme do formy vystlanej papierom na pečenie. Pečieme hodinu na 180 °C. Na polevu vymiešame citrónovú šťavu s cukrom a nanesieme na vychladnutý koláč.
