ライスクリスピー 急に夫が明日前の勤め先の向かいの病院へ行くと言うので (たいてい病院は何故か一緒に行く)急遽ライスクリスピーを作りました。待ってる間に前の勤め先に持っていこうと思って。 これ作るのは10分程で出来るのですが冷ましてラッピングまでが時間がかかるので夜中頑張りました。 これポン菓子とか麦パフでもいいのですがやはりライスパフでないと雰囲気が出ません。 作り方は簡単！ バターを多めにフライパンに(深め大きめ)入れ溶けたらマシュマロを入れて溶けるまで混ぜます。そこへライスパフをどっちゃーと入れて混ぜ型に(私はオーブンの天板にオーブンシートを敷いただけのにしました。)入れて少し押しかため冷まして切ります。今回はドライチェリーがあったので刻んで混ぜ混みました。 #homemade #ricecrispy #drycherry

Comme je suis gourmande, j’ai voulu une recette sucrée et quoi de mieux pour se faire plaisir que du riz soufflé ! Une vraie gourmandise quand il est mélangé avec du chocolat 😋 Je vous propose donc des petites bouchées croustillantes et gourmandes au chocolat noir, blanc et Ruby dans lesquelles on peut trouver également des noisettes, des cranberries et des amandes. J’en ai fait également des tartelettes crispy sur lesquelles j’ai poché de la crème diplomate et disposé des fraises. Mon mari a adoré. La base des tartelettes est hyper gourmande ainsi et bien croustillante. Swipe les photos pour voir tous les détails ! Pour la recette rien de plus simple, il te faut : 200g de chocolat (au choix noir, blanc, lait, ruby…) 100g de riz soufflé 50g de topping (noisettes, amandes, raisins secs, cranberries…) Faire fondre le chocolat au bain marie ou micro-ondes. Verser dessus le riz et le topping, bien mélanger. Repartir dans le moules silicones de son choix (ici moules tartelettes finger et mini tartelettes). Bien tasser avec une cuillère. Mettre au frais. Ces petites bouchées gourmandes te donnent envie. Alors hop, en cuisine ! C’est vite fait et quelle régalade ! Et oui, qui dit vacances scolaires dit à fond les ballons (oui, oui j'assume cette expression 🤣). Et du coup, pas trop de temps en cuisine mais pour ce petit snack gourmand, il ne faut que quelques petites minutes de préparation pour un petit moment gourmand 🥰. Pour la recette, c'est par ici ⬇️ 🍫🥜 Riz "crispy" choco cacahuète 🍫🥜 Pour une quinzaine de bouchées, il faut: 60 gr de riz soufflé 50 gr de beurre de cacahuète 150 gr de chocolat noir 1 cuillère à soupe d'huile C'est parti, 🍫🥜 Faire fondre le chocolat noir au micro-ondes quelques minutes à faible puissance. Mélanger. 🍫🥜 Ajouter le riz soufflé, le beurre de cacahuète et l'huile. Puis, mélanger délicatement pour bien enrober le riz soufflé sans l'écraser. 🍫🥜 On reparti la préparation dans des empreintes silicone. 🍫🥜 Et hop, au frais 40 minutes avant de démouler. Conservation dans une boîte hermétique au frais. Et voilà, c'est rapide, facile et trop bon. L'idéal pour un petit snack gourmand. N'est-ce pas ?! 😉 Et le mélange peanut butter et chocolat c'est 🤤🥰. Pork schnitzel and slaw on sesame challah - not my usual style of lunch but the result of a series of cravings. I had a bunch of cabbage leftover from last week’s tamarind salad (see recipe a few posts ago), which made me think of slaw, which made me think of summer barbecues and fried pork. I impulsively picked up a box of rice crispies cereal the other day when I had an urge for the snap crackle pop, and these crushed up turned out to be a perfect crispy breading for the pork. This kind of sandwich really calls for a nice squishy white bread and luckily I had purchased a beautiful sesame challah from @orendelicatessen just beforehand which sealed it all together nicely. Shredded green cabbage finely, and dressed with salt, lemon, mustard, and mayo. Pounded pork as thin and flat as possible, then breaded with a layer of flour, a layer of egg, and a layer of crushed up rice crispies cereal.
