*Cameroon* Kingdom of Bamum - Foumban Part 2 - this week,on 14th April, King Mouhammad Nabil Mforifoum Mbombo Njoya welcomed 2,000 guests to the opening of the museum located in Foumban. Thousands gathered to mark the inauguration. Located next to the Royal Palace, the museum brings together two buildings, in the shape of the Kingdoms Coat of Arms consisting of a two-headed serpent, built in a ring road on two levels and a central building in the shape of a spider made up of four levels. The two-headed serpent symbolises the power of the Bamum people on many fronts, while the spider characterises wisdom. The museum contains 12,500 exhibits, including weapons, pipes, and musical instruments — only a few of which were previously displayed in the royal palace. ANOTHER DRAMATIC FATE OF THE EGYPTIAN QUEEN. ЕЩË ОДНА КОРОЛЕВА. Назли Сабри.(фото на шкатулке) Королева Египта с 1919 по 1936 год, вторая жена короля Фуада I. Фуад сделал ей предложение, хотя был на 26 лет старше её. И у обоих это был второй брак. Она родила ему 5 детей. 4-х девочек и одного мальчика, будущего короля. Говорили, что всякий раз, во время ссор, король избивал её и оставлял под замком в её покоях на целые недели. Говорили даже, что она пыталась покончить с собой. В 1946 году королева Назли покинула Египет и отправилась в США на лечение. А её сын стал королём и лишил её всех прав. За брак её дочери и своей сестры с христианином-коптом. А позже Назли и сама приняла христианство. В 1976 году правительство Египта разрешило ей с дочерью вернуться в Египет. В день, когда они должны были уехать, её дочь была убита своим уже тогда бывшим мужем. А через 2 года королева Назли умерла в Лос-Анджелесе. Похоронена она там же.
