Cursó sus estudios básicos en el Colegio Ahizahir y, posteriormente, se diplomó en Magisterio Infantil por la Escuela del Sagrado Corazón. Artísticamente obtuvo el título de F.P. en Dibujo Publicitario en la Escuela de Artes y Oficios Mateo Inurria. En el mes de octubre de 1992, abre un taller de bordado en el número 7 de la calle Carbonell y Morand. Su primera obra es una saya para la Virgen de la Natividad de Jamilena (Jaén). Conoce el bordado en oro fino en el taller de José Manuel Elena Martín, sobrino de Esperanza Elena Caro, en Sevilla. En la actualidad su popularidad, elegancia y buen hacer le ha convertido en vestidor de casi un centenar de imágenes para las que ha realizado multitud de trabajos. Así, destacan sus bordados para la Hermandad de la Sangre, el manto de Coronación de la Estrella de Villa del Río o el palio de la Virgen de la Palma de la Hermandad de La Entrada Triunfal. Entre sus bordados también destacan los faldones del paso de misterio de la Hermandad de la Expiración de Córdoba. En el año 2006, empieza a conocer el arte del dorado, de la mano del prestigioso taller de los Hermanos González, con los que trabajó durante seis años. Los ultimos años, antes de montar taller propio, trabaja en el prestigioso taller de los Hermanos Caballero, colaborando en diversos trabajos para Hermandades de la Semana Santa de Sevilla y de otras ciudades andaluzas. 🔔 SI Joint Rehab 🔔 🔑The SI (sacroiliac) joint is essentially the location where our pelvis meets our spine. It’s a common location for pain and discomfort. ❓What do we know❓ 🔑The SI Joint can be hard to assess, mostly because the joint has extremely limited movement…. some clinicians may be able to “feel it move,” however, studies have shown the these sort of assessments are unreliable. 🔑 Side note: SI Joint Pain tends to be way more comment in women! 🔑We can determine SI Joint involvement during an examination based on history / location / provocation of symptoms & should focus our rehab around things that help provide relief of symptoms and help provide additional stability to the joint. 🔑There’s a lot that can influence SI joint pain - the low back, the hips, the knees, the ankles, etc. In my opinion, there’s no “one-size-fits-all” plan when it comes to your SI joint. 🔑Rehab of the area typically consists of working on the whole body, focusing more heavily on the trunk and hips, getting stronger, and improving movements that tend to be symptomatic. 🎦Here are some exercise ideas to improve hip strength & motor control: 1️⃣ Quad banded hip extension slides 2️⃣ B stance medial SL RDL 3️⃣ SL hip thruster with hip flexion 4️⃣ KB hip flexor lifts 5️⃣ Side plank + groin squeeze with internal rotation ‼️Find this helpful? The Sacrum 🎓🦴 The sacrum is an irregularly shaped bone, made up of a group of five fused vertebrae in the area of what is commonly known as the base of the spine. Regarded as the keystone of the human body, the sacrum is important because it forms a link between the spine and the iliac bones, and also has an important part to play in hip stability. Bony landmarks... Pelvic surface: The pelvic surface, located inside the curve of the sacrum contains four pairs of foramina. These foramina allow the anterior rami of the first four sacral spinal nerves to pass through. Dorsal surface: The midline of the dorsal surface of the sacrum bears a projection of bone known as the median sacral crest. This crest is palpable and is formed by the fusion of sacral spines of S1 to S4. The landmark of the sacral hiatus, which is caused by the lamina of S5 failing to meet in the median plane resulting in an exposed dorsal surface, is located just below the S4 tubercle. Just lateral to this are the four pairs of sacral foramina. Bony landmarks: At the base of the sacrum is located the first of the five fused sacral vertebrae. The S1 vertebra is the biggest in the sacrum, whose concave superior articular facets project posteromedially to communicate with L5. Although it is fused it still possesses transverse processes and pedicles. Pelvic surface: The pelvic surface, located inside the curve of the sacrum contains four pairs of foramina. These foramina allow the anterior rami of the first four sacral spinal nerves to pass through. Dorsal surface: The midline of the dorsal surface of the sacrum bears a projection of bone known as the median sacral crest. Mientras trabaja en dicho taller, realiza sus estudios de modelado en la escuela de Artes y Oficios de la calle Zaragoza, donde tiene igualmente por profesor en su especialidad a su maestro Marmolejo. En el año 1971, se independiza y monta su taller en la calle Castellar, Nº 52, conocido por el Corralón de los Artistas, ya que allí en sus oficinas, se encontraban entre otros: Luís Ortega Brú, Manuel Carmona Martínez, Antonio Martín Fernández etc. En 1985, se incorpora a este taller su hijo mayor Manuel de los Ríos Noguero y más tarde, en el 1991, se trasladan a unas naves industriales en el Polígono de San Jerónimo, debido al crecimiento del taller por la gran acumulación de trabajos. Es aquí donde se incorpora su hijo menor, Joaquín de los Ríos Noguero. VAI KRIST UZ DIBENA IR DROŠI? Pēc viena nepatīkama atgadījuma ziemā es stipri aizdomājos, kāpēc mēs tā sargājam galvu, bet uz dibena krist šķiet droši? Ja mēs galvu uztveram kā mugurkaula “kroni” ar smadzenēm iekšā, tad attiecīgi iegurnis ir kā mugurkaula pamats, sakne. Kāpēc domājam, ka krist uz krustu kaula vai astes kaula ir droši? Ar ko krustu kauls un astes kauls būtu mazāk vērtīgi un sargājami par, piemēram, kakla skriemeļiem? Protams, tie ir rētoriski jautājumi, un gribu vērst uzmanību tam, ka arī mugurkaula “saknīte” ir sargājama, mīļojama un kopjama. Ar saudzīgu attieksmi un apzinātām kustībām. Aptuveni divus mēnešus pēc otrajām dzemdībām biju vizītē pie savas osteopātes, kura “sakārtoja” mani. Un tieši divas dienas pēc šīs vizītes es, vizinoties ar meitu pa kalniņu, šļūcot uz “ābolīša”, stipri sasitu krustu kaulu. Pēc tam abas gājām skatīties, kas tad tur tāds bijis, jo kalniņš nav pat kalniņš, bet neliels uzbērums. Konstatējām, ka tajā vietā vienkārši bija sadzīts sniegs, kas jau bija pārvērties cietā ledū, un mans pēcdzemdību ķermenis, protams, nav salīdzināms ar četrgadnieces mīksto skeletu — es uzšļūcu tam ledus gabalam virsū tieši ar to vietu, kur atrodas mans dārgais krustu kauls un astes kauls. Man bija sajūta, ka tā vieta ķermenī ir no stikla un sitiena brīdī sašķīst miljons gabaliņos — sāpes agoniskas. Es paliku četrrāpus un pamatīgi sabiedēju meitu. Mana osteopāte joprojām par to nezina, bet nu — trīs mēnešus vēlāk — es saprotu, ka šim sasitumam ir sekas un nāksies vien doties vēlreiz. Esmu izmēģinājusi dažnedažādas kustības un konstatējusi, kur, kas un kā man sāp. Tas ir ļoti interesanti, jo te iesaistīti ir visi apkārt esošie “draugi”, visvairāk cieš mana muguras lejasdaļa. Bija jau riktīgi jautri mums tur abām kopā laisties lejā pa kalniņu, kamēr mazais brālis čučēja turpat blakus ratos, bet visas manas zināšanas par iegurni tobrīd varēja atpūsties, jo es vienkārši mazliet sevi sadragāju 🥲 Vai Tu esi kādreiz kritusi uz dibena un jutusi sekas?
