As many job titles as Ive held, there's one thing I will always be. A Human Performance Coach. Most people would just say a trainer or a coach... make it fancy - Master Trainer, Level 2 Coach... for me - I prefer Human Performance Coach cause my motto has always been "whatever you're doing in life, I help you do it better." I take that title and motto seriously. Whether its as simple as making my clients laugh during a training session, helping them come up with a spark for their next big idea, listening to their work days; and as intricate as activating a sleeping gluteus maximus to not triggering the IT band to taking the sciatica pain away I will guarantee my clients always feel better after our training session. Today was no different. Sound on as Dr. Mindy and I go thru some difficult core exercises but her resilience and positive attitude (cussing me or the camera out is just the German in here lol) always carries us thru a succesful workout. #VolumeUp - Theres some gems in there for sure including what she takes to help her POWER thru her workouts. ( linktr.ee/technovintage ) e também faça o pre save do álbum! 🌔 Apoteose... 🌒 A faixa 7 "Apoteose", é a minha visão quando olho em um espelho ou uma foto de mim mesmo, é nós da terceira pessoa nos vendo, todos os meus sonhos são assim, eu sempre estou me vendo, o pov que tenho não é exatamente o meu. 🌔 [2] Na segunda parte, eu sinto que foi a virada de chave que temos na puberdade, isso as vezes pode nos deixar mais vulneráveis ou ao mesmo tempo nos moldar de forma definitiva, quando temos certa idade e acontece coisas que temos ciência mas as pessoas ao nosso redor amenizam, isso nos impacta também, ter sensações que nos deixa paralisados diante de medos que ainda não sabíamos que tínhamos, mas de uma forma que fazemos também coisas sem pensar, que podem nos deixar em situações distintas em idades que ainda não precisávamos estar passando por isso, a euforia de ser adolescente e crescer logo... ( linktr.ee/technovintage ) e também faça o pre save do álbum! 🌔 Apoteose... 🌒 A faixa 7 "Apoteose", é a minha visão quando olho em um espelho ou uma foto de mim mesmo, é nós da terceira pessoa nos vendo, todos os meus sonhos são assim, eu sempre estou me vendo, o pov que tenho não é exatamente o meu. 🌔 [1] Tenho algumas faixas que possuem a dualidade extrema nelas, começam de uma forma e se transformam no meio delas.. mas nessa meio que sou eu, é como eu me vejo em uma música, a primeira parte sou o João.. a parte "Vintage", minhas sensações curiosas e inocentes, meio que eu até certa idade eu acho... E antes de viver certas coisas e acontecimentos, é um pouco difícil e estranho se ver em algo pois geralmente nos projetamos de uma forma diferente para as pessoas, mas nessa primeira parte eu me projetei para o meu eu do passado que eu quero cuidar... Na segunda parte, é o "Pedro", a parte "Techno", como me vêem, como estou hoje em dia, como decidi criar uma versão de mim para o mundo e separar o meu eu só para mim mesmo... Acho que todos fazem isso.
