EL hombre de aproximadamente 35 años de edad. vestía playera color morado, pantalon de mezclilla azul, como señas particulares tenia un tatuaje de un águila en el pecho del lado derecho, en su costado izquierdo al parecer el de unas serpientes. SOUS LA SURFACE DE LA CÔTE VERMEILLE La Côte Vermeille recense une biodiversité exceptionnelle et unique en Méditerranée. Mise en péril par le tourisme, la pollution et les activités économiques du territoire, des efforts particuliers se sont développés par favoriser la conservation de sa faune et sa flore. Dans une échelle locale, c'est sur les communes de Cerbère et Banyuls-sur-Mer, juste avant la frontière espagnole, qu'est née en 1978 la première Réserve Naturelle Marine de France. Les scientifiques constatant dès les années 60 que plusieurs espèces marines étaient menacées par la pression de la pêche qui s'industrialisait, c'est un véritable sanctuaire pour la biodiversité qui fut créé. En interdisant complètement la pêche, la chasse sous-marine et les autres formes d'activités humaines provoquant de potentielles dégradations, la mise en place de cette réserve est aujourd'hui une réussite si bien qu'elle a reçu le statut de refuge mondial pour la mer par le Marine Conservation Institute de Seattle en 2018.
