We are close to half way into lambing season just had two more twins born today. That is 15 lambs from 9 ewes. We have 6 more still to lamb but all of them would be first year ewes. That is a 1.66 lambing rate not bad for our second year. Went back to @oliobayport last night. This dish was one of the best pasta entrees I have had in YEARS. This is on the “my last meal” type level. I almost took the plate to the bathroom to lick the pasta bowl peacefully and without judgment. It was so good that I thought about having its babies. Then I realized I would probably eat said babies. I don’t know how much jail time one gets for eating one’s own pasta children, but I can’t leave my actual human children to go to prison for eating their pasta half-siblings. Oh, and don’t do the stupid thing we did and split this dish. Portion size isn’t the reason it’s not share-worthy. It isn’t shareable because it will end in a fisticuffs situation over who gets the last bite (I won). Seriously, THIS DISH. PS. I’m sorry I didn’t get a picture.
