Si te gusta la fotografía, Namibia es uno de esos destinos en los que te lo vas a pasar estupendamente. La belleza de sus paisajes es indescriptible y no vas a poder parar de hacer fotos. Además, en el norte del país puedes visitar el Parque Nacional de Etosha, un lugar perfecto para ver animales salvajes en libertad. En el viaje a Namibia fue necesario ampliar nuestro equipo fotográfico para llevar un teleobjetivo para poder fotografiar animales salvajes en libertad. Este tipo de material es bastante caro y nosotras no tenemos uno. Dia 393. Pistes aïllades Sortim d’Opuwo (una ciutat amb una diversitat fantàstica🤩), i comencem un loop per pistes de muntanya aïllades, buscant paisatge, però sobre tot, buscant la gent. Trobem un petit grup de dones, que la fan petar, a la vora del poble on hi ha l’escola de la zona… ens demanen coses bàsiques com sucre i oli. Una mica més endavant, un senyor ha començat a caminar per arribar al poble del costat… a 20 kilòmetres!; el portarem al seient del darrere. Abans d’arribar al nostre campament, veiem uns nens que porten unes garrafes (van a buscar aigua al riu); la mare els vigila des de el seu iglú de pell de vaca. Al.lucinen quan els hi omplim les garrafes amb una manguera que surt del nostre cotxe! 😍. …. Día 393. Pistas aisladas Salimos de Opuwo (una ciudad con una diversidad fantástica🤩), y empezamos un loop por pistas de montaña aisladas, buscando paisaje, pero sobre todo, buscando a la gente. Encontramos un pequeño grupo de mujeres, que charlan cerca del pueblo donde está la escuela de la zona… nos piden cosas básicas como azúcar y aceite. Un poco más adelante, un señor ha empezado a caminar para llegar al pueblo de al lado… ¡a 20 kilómetros!; lo llevaremos en el asiento trasero. Antes de llegar a nuestro campamento, vemos a unos niños que cargan garrafas (van a buscar agua al río); su madre los vigila desde su iglú de piel de vaca. ¡Alucinan cuando les llenamos las garrafas con una manguera que sale de nuestro coche! 😍. …. Tips for visiting Deadvlei Namibia👇🏻 This is probably Namibias most famous destination, and after seeing it I understand why🤩 It truly is unlike anything I have ever seen before! Here are some things I wish I knew before we left, especially if you are driving yourself! 1. Deadvlei is located inside the Namib Naukuft national park. There is only one entrance to the park that will take you to the Deadvlei area and once inside the park there is only one road to drive. Meaning you will never ever get lost 🤣 2. The roads are mainly asphalt, but the last stretch is on quite deep sand. Meaning that if you plan on doing all the driving yourself you need to take out some air from your tires before entering the park. There is a gas station right outside that helped us. 3. Where the road meets the sand there is also an alternative to take a transfer. We drove ourselves so I don’t know the cost, but it seemed easy enough. Just park at the parking lot ( you can’t miss it) and they will assist you. 4. There are three ways of entering Deadvlei. one is to climb Big Daddy and you will find the area on the other side when you go down. The second is to climb a smaller dune and the third is to walk approx 1,5 km in the sand. It’s still up and down but no big tops to climb. We did the Bug Daddy climb and would really recommend it! 5. It gets HOT so make sure to bring lots of water and try to get there in the morning or evening. 6. If you want to be there at sunrise or sunset you need to book an overnight stay at the camping lodge within the national park. Otherwise you can enter the park when it opens at 7. L’espectacle Avui hem fet aquella excurssió que vam fer fa 17 anys, per a veure les Epupa en tota la seva extenssió; i com en aquella ocasió, ens ha maravellat el desplegament de l’espectacle natural!. El que sí que ha canviat molt, és l’explotació de l’entorn… han sorgit desenes de campsites i lodges que no existien, allunyant de la riba a la poca població que hi vivia. Quan hi vam ser era un petit poble, que rentava la roba en les aigües marronoses, i resaba en una església feta amb branques i un sostre de palla!. …. Día 392. El espectáculo Hoy hemos hecho esa excursión que hicimos hace 17 años, para ver las Epupa en toda su extensión; y como en aquella ocasión, ¡nos ha maravillado el despliegue del espectáculo natual! Lo que sí ha cambiado mucho, es la explotación del entorno… han surgido decenas de campsitas y lodges que no existían, alejando de la orilla a la poca población que vivía allí. Cuando estuvimos era un pequeño pueblo, que lavaba la ropa en las aguas marrones, y rezaba en una iglesia hecha con ramas y un techo de paja!. …. Day 392.
