@yunshangricenoodle yunshangricenoodle is well known for their renowned βCrossing-the-Bridgeβ Rice Noodles but did you know they also offer an extensive Signature Rice Noodles Series, with a vast menu at reasonable prices? π Tomato Rice Noodle Soup With Beef Slices & Enoki Mushroom Tomato Rice Noodle, this what I normally get as I love their tender beef slices & delicate enoki mushrooms simmered in the rich tangy tomato broth to my rice noodles. The soup base was so delish, strong in flavour & didnβt feel diluted. π Braised Pork Intestine & Duck Blood in Rice Noodle Soup. I was able to take most of spicyness as the dish wasnβt as spicy as I thought it would be. Most will find these food items as a delicacy but I am so used to eating this growing up π All their soup base are made meticulously in a boiling process of over 12 hours which is why their soup tasted so damn good. π Their Salty Popcorn Chicken & their Fried Squid Tentacles are my favourite appetizers to order each time. Each dish is fried perfectly, not oily at all. Their must try Cold Dishes Sliced Beef in Chili Sauce & the Cold Cut Chicken, also with Chili Sauce are delicious accompaniment to their rice noodles.
