(…..long overdue but for those of you who haven’t met him, get to know him below!)⬇️ ▫️ Do you have another career outside of 1 More Rep? 🔻 I am starting my 23rd year as a band director/music educator at Walnut Hills High School in Cincinnati. I have been a music educator for the past 28 years. I also work on the grounds crew at Kenwood Country Club in the summertime. ▫️What are some of your interests/hobbies? 🔻 I am a huge fan of playing golf and watching college football and basketball. I also play steel drums around town when time allows. ▫️Favorite food, go-to healthy meal, or favorite cheat meal: 🔻 I LOVE food! I'm a huge fan of baked ziti and wings. My healthy meal has to be cobb salad with blackened chicken. ▫️What is your favorite workout song? 🔻 I truly love all music, but Eminem "Lose Yourself" may be a workout favorite. I also enjoy listening to some heavy metal for my personal workouts. Don't worry, I won't be playing any Metallica during class! ▫️What is your fitness background? 🔻 During high school I played basketball and ran track. I was an all-state discus thrower my senior year. I enjoy cycling, mountain biking, golf and any sport that doesn't involve running or swimming! I got my NASM personal training certification during Covid when my school was virtual for a year. ▫️What is your favorite exercise/go-to move or piece of equipment? 🔻 Two of my favorite exercises are kettlebell gorilla rows and dead stop rows. They are NOT fun but really work all parts of your body. I think I've made some enemies with this combination already!! ▫️Why do you like coaching at 1 More Rep? 🔻 The first thing that comes to mind is family. You can tell that the clients and trainers are all super supportive of each other. Secondly no one is being judged.
