Z notesu. W górach wystarczyło wyjść i iść przed siebie, w to coraz cichsze wyżej. Po kilku kilometrach marszu oddech wyrównywał się, a rozsypane myśli układały. Ale w mieście to tak nie działa, w mieście myśli są ciągle pod prądem, nawet nocą; ciche statyczne bzyczenie, którego nie sposób pomylić z niczym innym. Wsłuchuję się: burza, powietrze się klei, ostry wiatr. Zakwitły lipy. Wisła wolno przelewa się przez miasto. Biorę ją w dłonie: jest jak gęsty od upału, granatowy syrop. Z lewego na prawy, z prawego na lewy, z betonowych schodków schodzę w chaszcze, mijam stadion i brudną plażę, z Poniatowszczaka patrzę na płonące w dole ogniska, jeszcze raz w korytarze, pod przęsła, w Powiśle. \\মারণযোগ্য\\ শুনতে পাচ্ছো? শুনতে পাচ্ছো বোমার আওয়াজ? ত্রাহি ত্রাহি আর্তনাদে কেঁপে উঠেছে গোটা শহরটা। মানুষ ছুটছে, কাঁদছে, চিৎকার করছে ; শুনতে পাচ্ছো তাদের কান্নার আওয়াজ ? দেখতে পাচ্ছো? দেখতে পাচ্ছো শিশুটির অশ্রু জলে ভেজা রক্তবর্ণ চোখ দুটো? সারাদিন না খেতে পেয়ে ঘরের এক কোণে কুঁকড়ে আছে ; দেখতে পাচ্ছো সেই সেই ভয়ার্ত চোখ গুলো? গন্ধ পাচ্ছো? বারুদের গন্ধ? মানুষের ঘর পুড়ছে, স্বপ্ন পুড়ছে, পুড়ছে বাঁচার আশা! গন্ধ পাচ্ছো সেই জ্বলন্ত ধ্বংসস্তূপের? স্বাদ পাচ্ছো? রক্তের স্বাদ? চুঁইয়ে পড়ছে লক্ষ-কোটি মানুষের রক্ত ; একটা গোটা দেশকে নিশ্চিহ্ন করার সাহস রাখে যে ক্ষমতা, পাচ্ছো সেই ক্ষমতার স্বাদ? বুঝতে পারছো? বুঝতে পারছো এর পরিণাম? বিষাক্ত হচ্ছে পৃথিবী, মারণযোগ্যে মেতে উঠেছে মানুষ! এমন অসময়ের মেঘলা দিনে, তুমিও কি চুপ করে থাকবে? L'Uomo-Fiaccola, mai fiacco, solleva il fuoco fatidico, mai fatuo, Piccola insiste la sua posa, persiste, mentre le illumina il cammino e mai riposa, vicino. Phase III Poem VI. A poem I wrote about my home town, and honestly, of all my poetry I've ever written, even my Vogon poetry from May 2021, this is the hardest poem of mine to put out there. See, all my poems bar this one are written with a certain assured ineptitude, silliness, sickness, emo-ness. If it sticks then I can be very proud of it, yes, but if it's terrible I can pass it off as a strange conversion of an addled mind into attempted poetry. This poem, conversely, is earnest. I saw something beautiful and I wished to recreate it, and if I didn't, that's on me. It displays a far more vulnerable side of me, ironically. I'll happily tell you all everything terrible thats ever happened to me and everything worse I've ever done, and frankly, it's scarier telling you all about the most beautiful sky I've ever seen. I'd taken the bus into town to by Christmas presents. There, on one of the shortest nights of the year, at quarter past four, I saw greys. So many shades of grey. So dark, yet the sun wasn't quite down. The sky, the clouds, the view of the bay, it all overwhelmed me. I tried taking a photo (third image), but it couldn't capture it. It was so much greyer. It was so serene. If you follow my personal account you may see that half of what I post nowadays is beautiful views. It's probably boring for you, but I love sharing what I see. I've found so much solace in the sights of the world. No wonder most of my favourite days mark beautiful sights I saw, however traumatic the day was. The world is just beautiful. The natural and the manmade. The trash and seaweed. I love it all. I love the city I live in. I hope to move country when I'm older, but if I'm here, I want to be in London. No matter what, though, only one part of the country is home. I'm from a village called Corfe Mullen. I went to school there, then in a small town called Wimborne, then in a bigger one called Poole. All three are my home, all as one, and nothing will ever change that. Song choice: Hometown music in the region my first ever Pokémon game was set in. #778-1 제이니 권(Jainy Kwon)의 찾아가는 미술•디자인 공간 여행 [ 윤협:녹턴시티 ] YOON HYUP : Nocturne City 2024.2.24(SAT)-5.26(SUN) 점•선•색으로 그린 . . 빛의 찬란한 선율 롯데뮤지엄의 2024 (LMoA EXHIBITIONS)년 첫전시는 윤협(b.1982)작가의 녹턴 시티(도시 야상곡). 그의 작품을 눈 여겨 보게된 계기는 2022년 12월 탕컨템포러리 갤러리“L’Empire des sense (감각적 제국)“전. 차 세대를 이끌어갈 동시대 국제적 명성을 쌓아가고 있는 여덟 작가들의 그룹전에서 였다. 굵은 점과 선들이 모인 것이 시각화된 디자인같이 디지털 픽셀이라고 보여져 옅은 미소가 번졌었다. 순수회화보다는 디자인에 가깝다는생각이 들었다. 아크릴화의 점•선을 각각 단위로 살펴보면 아이코닉한 픽토그램(Pictogram)같기도 하고, 조금 떨어져서 그림을 보면, 전체 윤곽이 살아 각각의 형체와 실루엣이 더 선명히 드러났다. 회화의 원근법, 투시도에 의한 풍경 속 인물과 자연을 만든다. 보이지 않는 흐름과 에너지는 아름다운 조색으로 리듬을 만들어 낸다. 색의 인지는 기억이고 감정의 영역이기도 하다. 눈을 지긋이 감고 캔버스를 바라다보면, 밤거리에서 본 따스한 자동차 헤드라이트 불빛들이 춤을 추는 것 같았다. 당시 다섯 작품 가운데 제일 눈에 선하던 . 그 때 윤협 작가의 작품을 보고 반해버렸다. 점•선•색으로 연결된 현실 속 도시와 그 공간 너머에 존재하는 것. 전시는 “도시를 바라보다 ”에서 시작, 특히 #1>(2017)은 작가 윤협이 오랜동안 동경하던 도시 뉴욕을 처음 마주했을때의 셀레임이다. 착륙 사인과 함께 어두운 기내 통로와 항공기 창문(디지털 월은 LG전자 협찬)밖 야경 속 두려움과 안도. 치열한 도시의 삶속에서 마주할 빛과 어둠의 심상들. 뉴욕, 파리, 서울(한강, 롯데타워), 부산 등 도시의 밤, 야상곡(Nocturne)을 주제로 작가의 시각적 경험을 선과 점으로 연결해 운율을 지닌 독창적 작업방식을 통해 다양한 표현의 변주를 볼 수 있다. 도시 예술을 기반으로한 시각 예술로 초기작부터 신작까지 230여점의 작품들이 전시되었다. 음악에서 많은 영감을 받는다는 작품에는 선과 점으로 그려낸 특정도시 야경 특유의 리듬감이 드러난다. 전시장에서는 작가의 플레이리스트가 재생되어 그가 선곡한 음악과 함께 그의 작품을 감상할 수 있다. 어린시절부터 서브컬쳐(스케이트보드, 힙합, 펑크)를 밀접하게 접했던 작가의 경험은 도시를 누빌때 자유로운 즉흥적인 감정과 리듬감을 화면에 함축적으로 담아냈다. 특히, 이번 서울 전시를 기념해 제작한 16미터의 대형 파노라마 신작. 맨하튼에서 뉴저지까지의 스카이 라인을 담은 과 작가의 회화에서 탄생한 캐릭터 <저글러(Juggler)>조각을 새롭게 발전시킨 <리틀 타이탄(Little Titan)>시리즈를 최초로 공개했다. 이외 나이키•디올 등 다양한브랜드와도 협업했다. @ynhp @lottemuseum +1996년 12월 첫 뉴욕 출장 길, JFK 공항에 착륙하기 위해 상공있던 그 순간을 나 역시 기억속에 추억하며 산다. 낯선 도시, 야경 속 불빛들의 은은하고 찬란했던 깜빡임을 잊을수가 없다. 가까운 시일에 장거리 노선 비행기에 오르고 싶다. 어떤 낯선 도시에 불시착한다해도. *그날(20일)은 #봄날의녹턴시티 #첼리스트한재민 의 게릴라 콘서트를 함께해서 더 좋은날이었다. 미술과 음악의 협연으로 미술관 R석 1열 코앞에서 그의 밀도있는 첼로연주를 듣다니! 감동 두배였다. 롯데뮤지엄과 롯데콘서트홀의 이런 기획은 예술가라는 공통분모아래 좋은 시너지 효과다. #윤협작가 #녹턴시티 #윤협녹턴시티 #롯데뮤지엄 #롯뮤지컬이벤트 #YoonHyup #lotteMuseum #nocturnecity #citypoetry #exhibition #artist #painter #inspiration #designist #spaceandplace #artanddailylife #attheartgallery #ultimatespace #ultimatedesign #ultimatedisplay #exhibitionconsulting #yjdesignlab_official

#778 제이니 권(Jainy Kwon)의 찾아가는 미술•디자인 공간 여행 [ 윤협:녹턴시티 ] YOON HYUP : Nocturne City 2024.2.24(SAT)-5.26(SUN) 점•선•색으로 그린 . . 빛의 찬란한 선율 롯데뮤지엄의 2024 (LMoA EXHIBITIONS)년 첫전시는 윤협(b.1982)작가의 녹턴 시티(도시 야상곡). 그의 작품을 눈 여겨 보게된 계기는 2022년 12월 탕컨템포러리 갤러리 “L'Empire des sense (감각적 제국)“전. 차 세대를 이끌어갈 동시대 국제적 명성을 쌓아가고 있는 여덟 작가들의 그룹전에서 였다. 굵은 점과 선들이 모인 것이 시각화된 디자인같이 디지털 픽셀이라고 보여져 옅은 미소가 번졌었다. 순수회화보다는 디자인에 가깝다는 생각이 들었다. 아크릴화의 점•선을 각각 단위로 살펴보면 아이코닉한 픽토그램(Pictogram)같기도 하고, 조금 떨어져서 그림을 보면, 전체 윤곽이 살아 각각의 형체와 실루엣이 더 선명히 드러났다. 회화의 원근법, 투시도에 의한 풍경 속 인물과 자연을 만든다. 보이지 않는 흐름과 에너지는 아름다운 조색으로 리듬을 만들어 낸다. 색의 인지는 기억이고 감정의 영역이기도 하다. 눈을 지긋이 감고 캔버스를 바라다보면, 밤거리에서 본 따스한 자동차 헤드라이트 불빛들이 춤을 추는 것 같았다. 당시 다섯 작품 가운데 제일 눈에 선하던 . 그 때 윤협 작가의 작품을 보고 반해버렸다. 점•선•색으로 연결된 현실 속 도시와 그 공간 너머에 존재하는 것. 전시는 “도시를 바라보다 ”에서 시작, 특히 #1>(2017)은 작가 윤협이 오랜동안 동경하던 도시 뉴욕을 처음 마주했을때의 셀레임이다. 착륙 사인과 함께 어두운 기내 통로와 항공기 창문(디지털 월은 LG전자 협찬)밖 야경 속 두려움과 안도. 치열한 도시의 삶속에서 마주할 빛과 어둠의 심상들. 뉴욕, 파리, 서울(한강, 롯데타워), 부산 등 도시의 밤, 야상곡(Nocturne)을 주제로 작가의 시각적 경험을 선과 점으로 연결해 운율을 지닌 독창적 작업방식을 통해 다양한 표현의 변주를 볼 수 있다. 도시 예술을 기반으로한 시각 예술로 초기작부터 신작까지 230여점의 작품들이 전시되었다. 음악에서 많은 영감을 받는다는 작품에는 선과 점으로 그려낸 특정 도시 야경 특유의 리듬감이 드러난다. 전시장에서는 작가의 플레이리스트가 재생되어 그가 선곡한 음악과 함께 그의 작품을 감상할 수 있다. 어린시절부터 서브컬쳐(스케이트보드, 힙합, 펑크)를 밀접하게 접했던 작가의 경험은 도시를 누빌때 자유로운 즉흥적인 감정과 리듬감을 화면에 함축적으로 담아냈다. 특히, 이번 서울 전시를 기념해 제작한 16미터의 대형 파노라마 신작. 맨하튼에서 뉴저지까지의 스카이 라인을 담은 과 작가의 회화에서 탄생한 캐릭터 <저글러(Juggler)>조각을 새롭게 발전시킨 <리틀 타이탄(Little Titan)>시리즈를 최초로 공개했다. 이외 나이키•디올 등 다양한 브랜드와도 협업했다. @ynhp @lottemuseum +1996년 12월 첫 뉴욕 출장 길, JFK 공항에 착륙하기 위해 상공있던 그 순간을 나 역시 기억속에 추억하며 산다. 낯선 도시, 야경 속 불빛들의 은은하고 찬란했던 깜빡임을 잊을수가 없다. 가까운 시일에 장거리 노선 비행기에 오르고 싶다. 어떤 낯선 도시에 불시착한다해도. *그날(20일)은 #봄날의녹턴시티 #첼리스트한재민 의 게릴라 콘서트를 함께해서 더 좋은 날이었다. 미술과 음악의 협연으로 미술관 R석 1열 코앞에서 그의 밀도있는 첼로연주를 듣다니! 감동 두배였다. 롯데뮤지엄과 롯데콘서트홀의 이런 기획은 예술가라는 공통분모아래 좋은 시너지 효과다. #윤협작가 #녹턴시티 #윤협녹턴시티 #롯데뮤지엄 #롯뮤지컬이벤트 #YoonHyup #lotteMuseum #nocturnecity #citypoetry #exhibition #artist #painter #inspiration #designist #spaceandplace #artanddailylife #attheartgallery #ultimatespace #ultimatedesign #ultimatedisplay #exhibitionconsulting #yjdesignlab_official
