My living floor is covered in sheets of labels at the moment, and I am slowly being pushed out of my flat by a sea of 30ml bottles having recently added 4 South American trees, an African flower and 4 Middle Eastern plant spirit medicines to my collection of channelled flower and tree essences — now totalling over 100 mother essences! On the latest full moon, called the “Pink Moon” (due to all the lovely pink flowering trees), I created a dreaming essence. In a crystal bowl with filtered water, I added apple blossoms from my dragon tree, a piece of rose quartz and a piece of apophyllite. I set the bowl at the base of my apple tree under the full moon and let the water’s memory infuse with these energies. As part of my nightly routine, I’ve been taking a few drops at a time of this essence for dreaming. And it’s been trippy dreaming with these frequencies, an intention known by my heart & reimagined by this alchemy of moonlight. Coltsfoot is one of the first flowers to make an appearance here on Fogo Island every Spring. The bright yellow colour of this flower makes the rest of the landscape look black and white by comparison. You can see this in the second photo.
