#觀望山 #德文山 #20231229 #aftergram #返台休假 前一天想著 明天要幹嘛 想著爬山但平常日很難找人一起 但還是想爬 所以就決定自己去爬 好險這個決定是對的 一路開去三地門 天氣無敵好 窗外風景真的很美 但不能看 到了登山口 很多地方可以停車 遇到兩位很健談的老先生剛好都要起登 聊了一下後說 🧓🏻黃小姐 你可以不用等我們 OK bye 就自己一個人前進 一路上都是碎石路 還有岔路可以走 這次狀況比較不好一點 爬到很喘 是因為回家耍廢時間太長？ 快到頂之前有個展望 實在是太美 遙望那遠山 剛好一個小時到頂 樓上沒有很多人 但有個常客山友 說是他最喜歡的山 我手上的登山牌都是他自己做的 而且我看她負重至少15公斤 背一堆水上去 還問我要不要喝咖啡 遙望看不到的北大武 過來半小時 那兩位健談的阿伯上來了 然候我驚訝 其中一個居然跟我穿一模一樣的衣服 覺得神巧😆 休息50分下山 總花費時間2.5小時 總距離爬了5.55km 最高海拔1246m #mountainclimbing #mountainclimbers #mountaintingting2023 #amazingtaiwan #三地門 #sandimen #pingtung #tawan
#獵鷹尖一線天 #二刷 #20231224 #aftergram #返台休假 我第一次連兩天爬山 就是這次了 這次是家人爬山 帶著歪國人爬台南景點山😆 之前就知道我表哥都有在運動 但是沒想到在爬斜坡真的是高人一等 獵鷹尖之前的產業道路就是最討厭的 爬上爬下的 但是 表哥簡直爬斜坡跟在走平路一樣 馬上就看不到車尾燈了 我跟我哥在後面加速的跟狗一樣 前一天爬山的腳酸都不算什麼 真的是被那個速度嚇壞 我們到一線天剛好沒人 哪來的這麼幸運 然候天氣實在無敵好 搭配山景實在太美啦 爬山看到這個美景 完全都會忘記前面的辛苦😂 在獵鷹尖的時候遇到一個走灶咖的阿伯 他看到我直接站在山尖拍照 👴🏼妹妹你很大膽喔 要不要去前面那邊 👱🏼我之前自己一人爬 會怕沒爬過去 👴🏼阿伯帶你去 這邊我很熟 結果就開始我的獵鷹尖爬行 爬到第二個區塊的時候 阿伯還想帶我繼續往前爬 👱🏼阿伯我會怕 還是不要再過去 😅 就這樣我2/3完成了獵鷹尖爬行 真的是很爽 旁邊山友還說 阿伯帶我也爬過去😂 回程一樣 被甩尾看不到車尾燈 結果爬完路程比爬北得拉曼長 但卻是一半時間😱 爬之前還說不要爬太難的山 簡直詐騙 With @dennisfyu @dfwong @henry76131 總花費時間3.5小時 其中包括30分鐘山頂休息+拍照 總距離爬了7.81km 下山回去還吃玉井芒果冰 簡直是完美行程❣️ #mountainclimbing #mountainclimbers #mountaintingting2023 #amazingtaiwan #獵鷹尖 #一線天 #tainan #taiwan

#北得拉曼 #內鳥嘴山 #20231223 #aftergram 2023最後衝刺 決定回台隔一天 趁還飄配在外的時候來爬一座北部山 也不知道為何 狀況極好 0840起登 1050就到頂了 我自己也是嚇一跳 原本還很怕很久沒運動會落後很多 結果我在頂樓等了50分 隊員才到 然候又等了45分 才一起下山 等到劈劈挫 我也不是故意不等大家 不過這樣看起了真的差很多😂😂 加上天氣陰陰的 雖然是看到到遠方 但雲層很厚 重點是有遇到結霜唷 地上厚厚的冰層 好難得喔 剛好挑一個台灣最冷的時候爬 ✌🏻 回程團出 一起拍了四個神木 還有他們很推薦的回音谷😂 1550回到起登點 覺得這次爬山狀況很好 很高興自己做了爬山的決定💪🏻 還認識新山友😆 總花費時間7小時 其中包括1小時45分山頂休息 總爬升840公尺 最高海拔1749m 總距離爬了6.37km 內鳥嘴山完成✅ #mountainclimbing #mountainclimbers #mountaintingting2023 #amazingtaiwan #內鳥嘴山1749m #三等三角點 #北得拉曼神木步道 #hsinchu #taiwan

#日本自由行 #20230924 #aftergram Day4 自己遊東京 這次還有個重要目標 就是看排球比賽 奧運資格賽 GOD!!!! 終於可以看到現場 還是日本跟巴西女排 而且是決定誰去巴黎的比賽 能不期待期待期待嗎 😚 這次日本行真的是巧妙安排 我也覺得佩服自己 但有個突發狀況 我知道一張票可以看整天比賽 但我不知道的是 要蓋章才能再進去 門口有講 但是講日文我哪知道😅 現在想起來還是覺得心有餘悸 因為我沒蓋章 日本人又很守規矩 可以說死腦筋 說是不讓就是不讓進去 我真的在門口求了半小時 他才說最後五分鐘開賽才能進去 害我沒看到國家隊練球方式QQQ 不過好險還是有進去 不讓我這麼巧妙安排的球賽行程不就泡湯了 想著還是很害怕 球賽心得就是 現場看很爽 旁邊剛好還是巴西球迷 他們超多情緒又很有趣 日本隊其實很有希望 只是在最後幾球打起來就跟水流一樣輸了 影片最後一球輸的時候 日本整個鴉雀無聲QQQ 明年加油 一定要出發去巴黎💪🏻 然候當天早上我還去了 日本的泡湯 真的很爽 但很不習慣看很多裸體😂 去了 #築地市場 吃了台幣兩千的 #うに丼 真是高貴又好吃又爽 接下來去 #銀座 走走 買我的鞋子顆顆 還去排隊買麵包 日本行怎可不排隊買麵包😂 再來是去澀谷繼續買鞋 然候走錯路去體育場 實在是累死 還爬坡 看完比賽 一連串趕路+搭車+轉車 平安準時抵達羽田機場 真的要好好做功課 才能平安到機場😅 日本真的好玩 還有很多地方可以吃 期待下次❣️❣️ #trip2023 #代々木第一体育館 #東京 #Tokyo #japan #ellentravelandfood

#aftergram Thought of posting this as a reminder to visit @infusion_roasterycafe.icb again! We3 agreed that the food (waffle with fruits and chocolate ice-cream, pastries (Maple pecan, pain au chocolate) and cake (matcha white chocolate tart) as well as beverages (summer cooler for @yaohui179, hot Belgium chocolate for KM) and hot hojicha for me) was excellent and totally to our liking. Will be back to try the signature rose strawberry shortcake as well as salted caramel latte. Go try if you like sweet dessert which are paired with less sweet beverage. #日本自由行 #20230923 #aftergram Day3 分享最後一天在名古屋 天氣超好 早上自己去吃名古屋傳統 點咖啡送麵包 黑咖啡是不錯 但吃完覺得有點空虛 加上點錯沒點到有紅豆的QQ 大概都是要排隊 而且小店座位少 吃的時間都比排隊短 覺得不是很值得 然候有回到飯店附近 去看看 Oasis 21 還有 Tower 天氣真好 怎麼拍都很美 原本還想上去Oasis21 結果還沒開 只好放棄 回到飯店之後 跟媽媽check out 又去榮商圈的百貨逛逛 又去了大葉高島屋 LACHIC 然候到了松阪屋 先排隊吃個中餐 #築地玉壽司 媽媽評價最好吃的一餐 日本還是吃壽司很棒 不過也是排了40分鐘最久的一餐 最後到了松阪屋的 我稱之為新棟 媽媽開始瘋狂買😂😂 但說真的是我覺得最好逛的地下室 超好買 人也最多 想說沒機會去HARBES本店坐著吃 買了個外帶吃吃 超好吃的 沒想到是這麼好吃的 最後大包小包 我們回到飯店做最後整理 帶媽媽去機場搭機 不意外的媽媽在機場也在買😂 跟媽媽好好送別之後 踏上自己玩耍的路程 先回到名古屋市中心 先看看ななちゃん 然候準備吃我很期待的鰻魚飯 實在小看名店排隊的力量 在排隊之前我還覺得時間很多先去逛鞋子 但到了 #ひつまぶし花崗 之後整個後悔沒先來排隊 時間一分一秒過去 感覺沒啥進展 加上怕影響搭車時間 毅然決然改去排另一家鰻魚店 好險不用等很久 我應該也是等了30分鐘😢 終於吃上很期待的鰻魚飯 #鰻魚三吃 原味可以吃到鰻魚烤後加上醬又在重複循環動作的焦香跟咬下去那個層次的口感 茶泡飯我是還好 加上山葵跟海苔的吃飯 讓鰻魚又不同的感覺 因為排隊排很久 點了個高級版本 就是量比較多的 花了我台幣1500 但真的好吃 爽🤣 #備長 #備長ひつまぶし 推薦大家吃 接下來就是一路趕車 拿著行李上上下下爬樓梯 到了搭車廣場 實在被人潮嚇到 超多人要搭 #夜間巴士 我也很認真在聽我的班次要集合出發沒 終於搭上巴士 停了兩個休息站 然後不知不覺就到東京了 準備好吃吃喝喝玩 #trip2023 #名古屋 #nagoya #japan #ellentravelandfood

It was incredible to witness and take part in the ceremonies to raise a pole to contribute to the healing from residential schools last week in Anchorage. We loved connecting with the youth, the attention to detail that the @akheritagecenter brought to everything. We loved seeing Haida art in the museum, and we especially loved seeing the great work of @sgwaayaans and @gidaawaan. I loved getting in a brief moment with my hero, Delores Churchill. #culturalresurgence #aftergram

“I lost all my treasures” a prayer song with a philosophy that I share with Robert. I sang it at the Indigenous Leadership Award ceremony a week ago. We thought it was fitting to share because people who share their knowledge freely, are leaders who keep the knowledge and culture alive. My great-grandmother, Susan Williams taught this song to Robert’s grandparents, and they taught it to him, and he taught it to me. Full circle. I don’t think of myself as a leader, but I was extremely honoured to receive this award along with these Indigenous leaders, and emerging leaders. I appreciate CHN and my legal colleagues for the nomination. It was a lovely quick trip, and so good to have Indigenous-chefs expertly cook the salmon.
