I’m not sure if I have ever done one… but I actually find them fascinating and believe it helps you frame the business, truly understand the ethos, the values of that brand. . . So just in case you are interested… . . 👋👋👋I am Alice. . I can’t help but start with them, so… I have 3 children who are my absolute world. I understand the juggle; the craziness; the anxiety; the mess; but also, the pure uncompromising love that overshadows everything. And let’s not forget my lovely husband and cat too. . Yoga With Alice begun in 2017, born out of a love for yoga and the need to change the direction of my life following the birth of my eldest child, Millie. Prior to that, I worked for a large financial services firm as an auditor; I worked in retail in store management and eCommerce; and have a background in curating. Some of these roles were stressful, others were creative, but they all cemented the concept that everyone needs an outlet with the busyness of life. I desperately want to offer that sanctuary, where sometimes the quiet, or the connection, or the sheer joy and fun of yoga and women supporting women can be experienced and cherished. . I am not the most flexible person on the planet. I don’t mind if you get bored in a yoga position and want to wriggle. I just want you to relax, build a confidence within yourself, and ultimately be as happy as can be. . Hiya! I’ve noticed some new followers so I thought I’d re introduce me self! 💁🏾♀️ I’m jayna a loud proud brown Indian northerner living my best life down souf. I’ve been here for 22yrs! Married to mr P who is an incredible man but I’m also just as amazing 😬 we have two beautiful kiddos Xavi 🌈 (our rainbow baby) & Zuri 🦋 (our doll who has a rare condition of Congenital Hyperthyroidism) I am truly blessed to have them both and forever thankful 🧿 but boy do they test me! They are mega loud and learn way too much sass from me but are also super intelligent like their baap (that’s dad in Gujerati)! I work part time. Live in a modern touched 1930s terraced house. Occasionally over share my life, want what I can’t have, pretend I’m a rich kid in a poor woman’s body, spend half my life in westfields (shopping centre) … will do anything to go out and dress up and if I can’t go out il dress up anyway! I’m forever changing shit in our home to keep up with trends and general home improvements - I make the list of demands and Mr P has to just crack on with it (poor sod I know but he benefits too). I don’t like ice cream or chocolate or any deserts (cheap date). Love tattoos! I’m a sucker for romance and love surprises. I think im the funniest person ever I make myself laugh out loud 😂 I’m totally shit with money. What is tax? Family means everything to me. I love dancing and I love a party - any excuse to get together! Bollywood is the best! I don’t have a favourite colour but if I do it’s 🌈 (Xavi taught me that) 🤣 … sushi is my fav but I love my mums chicken. I will never be a vegetarian. But I eat a balanced diet (chill out).
