Happy Sunday! And a quick little update! So today is 7 weeks and 2 days post op! Some days are great and I feel I can take on the world and other days I feel like a 250 year old person dragging myself around! But I suppose like everything in life it all takes time!!!! So Wednesday week ago I paid a visit to the surgeon who was thankfully happy to discharge me and even said he hopes he never sees me again!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 surely I'm not that bad!!! 🤣🤣🤣 And last Thursday I started physio in a bid to get a stronger core and a straighter me! I have noticed I bend to the right when I get tired as it's more comfy than staying straight! So I have exercises to practise for next 2 weeks before we move on! Then just as I thought everything was coming along nicely there came the whopper pain and complete back tightness to stop me dead in my tracks! And put tears in my eyes! So it's time to slow things down AGAIN!! And be kind to me and listen to the creaks and clangy bones! TIME is needed to heal!
