Wow!! We had a lot of wheat on stock, but the boxes are getting empty. Therefore we need to limit our deliveries towards meelhandel Verschoor. Why? We are convinced the chain should be short and transparent. We only mill biologic, dutch grown wheat. At this time there is little available with the right quality and farmers sold their stock to be ready for the new harvest. Depression update. Since I've admitted to everyone that I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety disorder I've lost a lot of that so-called friends. It was painful but just for a second coz soon I've understood that it was actually really liberating. Not having the need of pretending nor smile all the time is refreshing. I used to thought that I was a burden to people but then I realized that their expectations were the actual burden to me. I'm feeling much better now but there is still a lot of work that I need to do. I really appreciate all of you who are standing right beside me with yours fingers crossed and hearts open. And for those who wants to help me (or anyone with mental illness) in some way but just don't know how - don't pretend that you know what I'm going through, coz I don't pretend that I understand your struggles. Please, with the bottom of my heart - stop with all that bs. Drinking more water, forcing a smile or doing sports aren't the cure for everything. I've tried… Trust me. If you want to help a person with depression just be there, keep inviting them to parties (maybe not now), listen to them and be patient with them. Hi . There is something important I need to say. . I was born in a "white" country, I grew up seeing mostly white people. I called beige "the skin color", and I also was a kid who was never taught about racism at school, it was something you either knew about, or you didn't. When a black person started to attend our school with our class, I noticed something strange. That was when I fully realised why I had that weird feeling when I saw someone who wasn't "white", that strange guilty feeling when I passed them by and avoided eye contact. . Racism takes many forms. One of them is ignorance, one of them is violence, anger, doubt, fear or even indifference. When I hear about the problems regarding racism in America, or anywhere, I get that same weird feeling of guilt in my chest. At the same time, I want to help, and at the same time I don't want to care. "It's their problem" says the small devil in the back of my head. That devil is a part of me, and that small devil has kept me from saying anything earlier. . I want to help, but I'm afraid. . I'm afraid that the violence in America won't stop, that we are on the verge of another genocide... That my voice, their voices won't be heard and that nothing changes. . We don't need violence, it only breeds fear, hatred and doubt. What is needed are people who overcome the feeling of difference, that little guilt in their chests, people who instead of walking away and avoiding eye contact, help others to overcome it too. . In this small description, I will try to include only the most useful information and experience of using Apple AirPods(2019)☝🏻 I've been using them for over 3 months now and I have something to say about them. 1. The first is appearance. The small, white and glossy case that fits in the palm is great, but there are some downsides. In 2-3 days, the case is covered by a large number of small scratches, and with time larger ones appear. Before buying, I ordered a case for the case, as if it sounds ridiculous 😁 But if you are going to order a protective case, order a silicone or leather case, my advice😉 2. The bridge over Sacramento river is my personal favourite of the photos I've taken so far. I met a wonderful woman today, her name is Linda. Linda lives on food stamps and dresses like a homeless to avoid loosing the little she have. Every month she gets 192 $ in stamps to survive. Today she had been out shopping and was a bit anxious, hiding the food in an old baby buggy. Still, she took time to help a confused swede and we walked and talked for an hour or two. She taught me a lot about the homeless and the struggling. What to watch out for, what kind of areas to avoid and so on. Before saying goodbye she paced back and forth for a few seconds before trying to give me something. It was a small bottle of pepper spray, she showed me how to use it and insisted that I needed it. Obviously I couldn't accept, but that act of kindness is something I won't ever forget. What a wonderful, beautiful and kind person Linda is. Leaving her I saw a mum with her kid, staying as far away as possible from the "old homeless lady". #text #alotoftext #grateful

Despite the misfortune, I got the chance to meet up with the varsity @norcalleague crew (minus @mattgarrison222 missed you bud). Additionally, I got the chance to “throw myself out into the world”. I learned so many things this season and summer about myself, living away from home, training, etc; and I’m so grateful for having the opportunity to race nationals and travel the country meeting new and awesome people (shout out @durango.devo and @chadcheeney) and gotten closer with my teammates on @beardevteam. Also, shout out to @rj_amos for taking the win and inspiring the rest of us to get faster! Also, thanks to everyone else I’ve had the privilege to ride and race with. You guys have made my season! So thank you everyone for this awesome experience, and I’m looking forward to coming back next year!!!

Для меня достаточно будет не вести себя как последняя скотина по отношению ко мне. И всё-таки, почему такая фигня имеет свойство повторяться? Есть самые разные причины. Если говорить лично обо мне, то я являюсь обладателем титанического терпения, способностью привязываться к людям и неумением говорить нет. Ох, как же я ненавижу это в себе!😤 Когда кто-то просит меня о помощи (даже те, о которых я заранее знаю, что если мы поссоримся, во всех смертных грехах обвинят меня), я всегда помогаю. Вопрос у меня к себе только один: НАФИГА? ПОЧЕМУ БЫ ПРОСТО НЕ ПОСЛАТЬ ТАКИХ ЛЮДЕЙ К ЕДРЕНИ МАТЕРИ? Ответ очень прост: я не могу сказать нет. 🤯Достало это до чёртиков. Прекрасно понимаю (и вам советую), что от таких людей надо бежать и не оглядываться, потому что они очень любят ездить на других. При этом сами они не торопятся помогать в чём бы то ни было другим и уж тем более никогда не признают своей вины. Они будут бесконечно на вас обижаться, кидать в чс и т.д. НО! Как только им становится скучно (а это происходит очень быстро) или им просто больше не на ком ездить, т.к. умные люди уже давно их послали, они к вам возвращаются. 🤦🤷(Как это мило! 😁) При этом они искренне недоумевают, почему это вы на них обижены? (Действительно 🙄) Они становятся такими лапочками, но опять же, не надолго. Как только они получают от вас то, что хотели (или не получают), всё начинается сначала. Вычеркивайте таких из своей жизни. Может всё-таки рискнуть. Вокруг столько различных мотивирующих постов 📄 и статей 📝 по типу: "Рискни!"💫, "Всё изменится!", "Жизнь наладится!"✌️, "Всё в твоих руках!". Люди их читают👀, ставят лайки❤️, думают:"Да, всё верно! Я тоже так смогу!💪 Нужно обязательно попробовать!"👌 и, наслаждаясь этой мыслей, листают ленту дальше. Окей, не все. Но большинство!☝️ И лишь единицы соберутся и пойдут что-то менять. Почему?🤔 Элементарно... Людям очень тяжело расставаться со своими привычками😓, даже если они приносят одни неприятности. Они скорее будут жаловаться 🤦на то, как всё в их жизни херово. Привычки создаёт каждый сам для своего удобства. И да, это прозвучит как бред, но некоторым именно удобно иметь привычку, из-за которой можно поныть.🙈🙉🙊 Ведь тогда все увидят, какой ты бедный,😒 тебя начнут непременно жалеть. Но блин, от того, что человек у всех вокруг вызывает только жалость, жизнь не наладится.🙅 Скорее наоборот☝️. На него не станет чаще обращать внимание противоположный пол,💔 да и в компании он будет так себе собеседник. Если тебя что-то не устраивает на данном этапе жизни, нужно это непременно менять.💥 А для этого нужно выходить из своей так называемой "зоны комфорта". Делать,🗣️ говорить то, что очень хотел, но не решался/боялся/стеснялся; стать более раскрепощённым; попытаться измениться внутренне😇 (пересмотреть🙈 свои взгляды, отношение к чему-либо) или даже внешне ( ну а что, тоже перезагрузка😜). Это своего рода риск. Цена ошибки сведена к нулю👌, потому что ты всегда можешь всё изменить и сделать так, как нужно именно тебе. Максимум, что может произойти в случае неудачи - ты извлечёшь довольно ценный урок🔥 и постараешься🤔 (хотя бы постараешься) не допускать подобного. Возможно, не сразу, но ты поймёшь, что все перемены💫, все усилия, вложенные в эти перемены😌, стоили того. Dogfriendly England. Or should I say super-dogfriendly England compared to Holland? Amy brought a smile on nearly everyone's face we met or even passed on our holiday. So many people stopped, asked if they could pet her, shared stories about their own beloved or lost dogs, wanted to make a picture for themselfs or to show relatives. Amy was allowed in almost every shop, café or restaurant. Water was often brought before we even took our seats. Waterbowls in front of so many shops. On one location we stayed Amy was welcomed with her own blanket, towel and treats (with the brand inside so we knew what they contained... how thoughtful). As many people thought she was Greyhound or even a Whippet, we could spread the word of all abused, discared and abandoned Galgos. Most of the times people were speechless. Some even made a photo of my @galgosdelsol -hoodie to have a look themselves on their website or fb. If only just one of all the people we spoke would consider a rescuedog.......or at least spread the word. Good evening! I'm rather sleepless and thought I'd upload this photo... this was taken back on the 2nd of January. I went out for a little walk, which turned out to be quite an adventure, it was extremely windy almost stormy and it was bloody cold, but after I saw that it was a really clear night and the sea was going crazy I went back to the apartment and got my tripod and camera. I hid behind a wall to set up the camera, I couldn't go any nearer the water because it would've been too dangerous. Then I set the camera on 18mm, ISO 400, f/3.6 and 30sec. Unfortunately the photo is quite noisy, though I thought it wouldn't be that much with ISO 400. It's maybe not even near good, but it was my first time and I like it anyways.
