I make a tentative list of the daily menus I plan to prepare for the next 7 days and in the adjoining column, I write down items that I need to buy to prepare the meal. That way before the week starts, I have a list of grocery items that I need to buy to avoid doing that during the week. This would be especially helpful for people who have full time day jobs or generally people who can't find time to go buy groceries during the week. This spread has you covered for the entire week.
