𝐶𝑜𝑝𝑟𝑖𝑛𝑢𝑠 𝑐𝑜𝑚𝑎𝑡𝑢𝑠, un hongo con historia Durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial, la Alemania Nazi exigía portar con documentos y salvoconductos para que te puedas mover libremente por su territorio, de lo contrario podrías tener graves problemas. Como no cualquiera podía obtener estos papeles, la gente que se dedicaba a la falsificación de documentos desempeñaba un papel muy importante en ese entonces. Por otra parte, la Alemania Nazi descubriría por casualidad que la tinta de 𝐶𝑜𝑝𝑟𝑖𝑛𝑢𝑠 𝑐𝑜𝑚𝑎𝑡𝑢𝑠 le ayudaría a combatir la falsificación que se había vuelto un problema tan común. 28/de abril - Dia nacional da Caatinga Cogumelo da Caatinga 🌵🍄 Quem aí já viu pelo nosso semiárido esse fantástico fungo, que poucos sabem que se trata de um cogumelo??? Ocorrendo com grande facilidade aqui na nossa Caatinga Podaxis pistillaris é um fungo encontrado em desertos do oeste da América do Norte, no México e Brasíl. Ele se assemelha ao Coprinus comatus, mas tem diferenças distintas, como seu interior composto por placas contorcidas em vez de brânquias. Sua ecologia sugere que é saprófita, crescendo em ambientes áridos e desérticos, como terrenos baldios e campos urbanos, do outono à primavera. Seu chapéu é oval quando jovem e cilíndrico na maturidade, com uma superfície desgrenhada a escamosa. A haste é resistente e amadeirada, sem anel, e sua carne é dura e esbranquiçada. Não possui odor distintivo. Muito comumente esse cogumelo é conhecido popularmente como "bufa de boi", "juba desgrenhada do deserto" ou "fumaceiro" e é conhecida por liberar seus esporos como "fumaça" quando apertado, semelhante ao que ocorre aos Puffballs, apesar de serem distintos. 𝐶𝑜𝑝𝑟𝑖𝑛𝑢𝑠 𝑐𝑜𝑚𝑎𝑡𝑢𝑠, una de mis especies favoritas 👻 Presenta una forma cilíndrica y es de color blanco en su juventud, con una superficie seca y lanosa que está repleta de escamas. Bajo el sombrero se encuentran sus laminillas, que están apretadas unas con otras y que son color blanco rosáceo. Su pie es concolor con el sombrero, muy delgado y hueco en su interior, alcanzando hasta los 350 mm de alto. Se le conoce más por su estado delicuescente, donde absorbe la humedad del aire hasta convertirse en una sustancia tintosa de color negro. Al ser una especie comestible, lo mejor es recolectarla y cocinarla lo antes posible para que no llegue a ese estado. Su aroma es agradable y el sabor recuerda arto al champiñón. Puede crecer en numerosos grupos o de un modo solitario en praderas, a orillas de caminos y en sectores rurales. Shaggy mane, Coprinus comatus. Gotta eat them before the caps start to open up, when they turn to black goo. They don't keep so you need to cook them quickly when you get home (they actually autodigest). They often grow in landscaped areas, lots, or gravel roads. I found these in bushes outside of an apartment. Missed them by a day or two, but still got 3 good big ones. They're best when they're still cylinders otherwise they turn bitter. Edit: The slightly black parts weren't even that bitter, and I regret not harvesting like 75% of them. Čak i tako razgrađenu je koriste u ishrani, recimo za crni rižoto. Importancia Práctica/Interés Gastronómico BUEN COMESTIBLE Descripción macroscópica Sección: Coprinus. Monocolor blanco. Sombrero ovoide de joven, después se acampana. Abundantes escamas pardas o flecos, que le confieren aspecto lanoso. Láminas libres y delgadas, blancas de joven, luego rosadas y finalmente negras, chorreando tinta negra (delicuescente). Pie largo (hasta 15 cms. de altura), esbelto, cilíndrico, hueco, separable. Anillo basal blanco, poco visible, estrecho, móvil y fugaz, muy frágil, como toda la seta. Carne blanca (hasta ennegrecerse). Olor suave y sabor agradable. Esporada negra. Confusiones Las COPRINUS tóxicas con las que podría confundirse (ATRAMENTARIUS, OVATUS, …) son menos esbeltas, más pequeñas. Hábitat Zonas abiertas, praderas, cunetas o linderos de caminos, árboles de ribera. También se cultiva. Suele salir en colonias numerosas. Temporada Verano y Otoño. No cogerla al borde de caminos ni en campos tratados, pues absorbe metales pesados. Cocina Deliciosa, delicado sabor y fácil de cocinar. Desechar el pie y ejemplares cuyas láminas han empezado a ennegrecer. A planta "Shaggy Ink Cap" pertence ao gênero Coprinus e é conhecida cientificamente como Coprinus comatus. Esta espécie de cogumelo apresenta um corpo frutífero caracterizado por um chapéu alongado e cônico, que exibe uma textura fibrosa e "shaggy" (peluda), daí o nome comum. Der Schopftintling wurde zum Pilz des Jahres 2024 gekürt. Er ist ein wahres Multitalent: jung essbar (bitte nur Pilzen sammeln, die ihr sicher bestimmen könnt!), alternd lässt sich aus ihm Tinte gewinnen. Durch ein Enzym zersetzt er sich selbst (Autolyse) und was von ihm übrig bleibt, ist eine mit Sporen versetzte, schwarze Flüssigkeit, die durch ein Sieb gefiltert als Tinte benutzt werden kann. Er ist aber auch ganz schön räuberisch: im Boden entwickelt er kleine Knötchen, deren Substanz lähmend auf Fadenwürmer wirkt.
