ゆっくりゆっくり 流れのままに 🍃 at #神津嶽 #生駒山 #枚岡山 cloth @simply.facts_ #シンプリーファクツ #simplyfacts ✳︎ ✳︎ ----- 大阪湾まですっぽり見渡せる山頂付近には 今日も平和だったーと言わんばかりに見守るかっこいいカラス🐦⬛ 大気汚染を全部引き受けているような(浄化は全然追いついてないけど😹)大阪の県境にある山々。 地元から1時間かからずの激しい都会と山の頂上 今はどちらへもさらっと行けてしまう。 この日は山登りするつもりではなかったのに、 代々お世話になってる山の神様の本宮に行ってなくない？って気づいて向かい出したら、やっぱり山登り。 私のDNAはほぼ山の人だ。 ご神気溢れる、とっても良き場所でした。 ✳︎ タネが発芽するのはすごいことだけど じーっと見てても気づかないほどゆっくりゆっくり 数日したらぱっくり見違える姿。 海底はものすごいウネリで動いていて ロープ掴んでないと飛ばされていくけど 水面に浮上すると風が止んでるかのような凪の景色。 ものすごく向き合ってはいくけど 表面上で分かるのは とってもゆっくり静かで穏やか。 だけどすべては確実に変わっていく。 時の流れの色んなスピード、空間、感覚を知る時、 とても楽しい。🌱 諸行無常 sabbe sankhārā aniccā 痛みや変化にすぐ反応するけれどそんな時こそ 静止して見つめるチャンス 自分の枠を超えるのも大切だけど 自分の中にある宇宙を見つめることも 全ての鍵のロックを外していった先にある自分 先なのか昔なのか 変わっていくことは 元に戻っていくような 信じては諦めずに 登っては降りてを繰り返して 日々精進。🍃🌅🙏 #東大阪 #踊り #dance #舞 #affordance #danceimprov #danceimprovisation #諸行無常 #annica

Joy! At our final class in our 6 week series Making Contact with @somatikha we had a dance jam. We’re focusing on Expressive Dance now. So instead of teaching much form to make contact more available to our bodies, we’re working with presence to express what is alive in the moment. Contact is dynamic in a different way. But it needs its own attention. When we relax the nervous system we can find connection is more accessible. This is Somatic Contact and it’s freeing part of Expressive Dance. I’m enjoying the tension between what I’m feeling and desiring and who I’m connecting to, what I’m sensing in them and being sensitive. There’s no right or wrong. Somatic Contact is following your ease. Expressive dance is following the waves of emotion in your dance too and this too leads to bliss. It’s in the present. Even though I didn’t teach Chris forms in contact - finding shelves, we had a great contact. It was a spontaneous moment of spectating. Our next Expressive Dance Series 6 week series is May 5 - June 9. We also have 3 drop-in classes in April. New ones welcome. ~There are teachers that can break things down, explain, and show. Then there are teachers who put you in a different state of mind.~ I have a vocabulary of movements that feel very accessible and comfortable. I look like I'm improvising, but I'm not. I realised that what makes me snap out of that pattern is a shift in mindset. An induced emotional state, an enhanced imagination. The images that the mind produces dance with what the eyes see. That is when it moves. Not I move. I'm in the backseat as things I never thought of start happening. These are leftover shots from a workshop with @simon.bus at @hennyjurriensstudio .
