They had a stack of fancy french paper for lining envelopes and decided to put it in a showcase priced at 10 cents each. Instantly, the paper sold out. The next year, they put the paper out early in the season and again, it sold out. In 1919, they decided to print their own special holiday paper. On the seventh day of Christmas, my Doula was there for me during seven months of pregnancy, with six weeks of postnatal support, by answering my 5am WhatsApp message, four weeks on call, three antenatal sessions, two listening ears and a complete trust in my capability. This is true, some of my clients have contacted me really early on in their pregnancy as they know that they want to have a doula. For some it might be much later on and they book me at some point during their second or even third trimester.
