Then an uber to Walmart for a very intense shop for all the homeware I needed as well as a couple of food bits. 🌹👑 Rose & Crown Park Shoot Photos 👑🌹 . After the Magic Kingdom we drove across to EPCOT to take some photos in a very familiar place! For the benefit of new people here, Mark and I met working at Disney back in 2013/14 on a @yummyjobs @officialdisneyprograms Cultural Representative Programme - We both worked food and beverage in the UK Pavilion’s fish and chip shop, beer stand, Rose and Crown dining room and eventually as bartenders in the pub 🌹 👑 We got so lucky with kind cast members letting us go inside on our actual wedding day but that wasn’t guaranteed so the main reason we had the park shoot done was because we really wanted some photos back there! . 🎇 Dessert Party & EPCOT Fireworks 🎇 . Our day finished with a visit into EPCOT to see the Illuminations Reflections of Earth Fireworks show - I’m so so happy that this show was still playing when we got married because it was the same one we watched every night when we worked at the Rose and Crown and it ended shortly after we got married! We hired out a viewing area right next to the pub for our guests to get a front row view and we were supposed to have desserts served during the show - unfortunately because of the rain we had to move locations again BUT I’m so thankful the show went ahead because the night before it had been cancelled which is VERY rare 😳 . The fireworks were amazing as Disney displays always are - Afterwards we headed across to EPCOT Imagination DVC lounge which is above the Journey into Imagination with Figment ride for some dessert and relaxing to finish the day - we had Mickey Waffles again with lots of toppings plus ice cream sandwiches with our favourite flavours 🍨 🍪 . The Disney blues have well and truly started to kick in… yesterday I started to really think about Orlando and my life there (which I hadn’t really done until now) and I miss it. I miss having something to do all the time (even though I’m constantly exhausted). I miss having Fantasmic and fireworks on my doorstep. I miss having thrills like Velocicoaster 30minutes away. And I miss my friends being so close all the time. I had the best time of my life and going back to normal UK life has been completely fine for me, but maybe now reality is kicking in, maybe not so much?? 5 years ago today I rocked up to The Commons for my first CRP. Having already done a CEP, and working at The Disney Store, something about this turned out very different. I’d wanted to do this for as long as I can remember but I was filled with anxiety, that nervousness has now turned into now being home 6 months from CRP no. 2 🤪 CRP 1 feels a lifetime ago really, probably filled with the joys of roni in between, but I am so grateful to have 5 years worth of memories connected to starting my first, here’s hoping to the next one 👀🤪 #disneycrp #myyummystory
