Happy to say that I did complete both the 5k and 10k races this weekend for Springtime Surprise. But around 2am this morning, when I was still unable to sleep, had a headache that wouldn’t stop, and had a body that was just aching, I made the decision to forego the 10miler and therefore not complete Stitch’s ‘OHana Challenge. I’m a little disappointed in myself, for sure - but I am glad that I took today to relax and recover; had I gone ahead with today’s race, I may not have had a great time. There will always be another race weekend! A trip to London and Frozen the Musical on the West End ❄️⛄️ Last week when we went to our Visa Appointment in London we did a bit of sightseeing around some of the iconic landmarks including a trip to the Disney Store then finished off the night with a trip to see Frozen in the West End 🎭 Every part of the show was amazing from the cast, choreography and costuming, no detail was missed from this production. This giant „golf ball“ has always been the ultimate symbol of Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida - at least to me. It’s the centerpiece of EPCOT, one of the four parks, and houses the dark ride „Spaceship Earth“ that takes guests through the history of communication. Fun fact: EPCOT is actually an acronyme standing for Experimental Prototype Community Of Tomorrow, indicating what Walt Disney himself had originally envisioned this park to be.
