I had an amazing time volunteering this past week at Solfest Music Festival! Upper respiratory infections suck. While we were visiting family they came down with this sick in stages. Fun turn of events tonight...by "fun" I mean unfortunate. I ate dinner and almost immediately started having an allergic reaction. I went home and took some benadryl, but it wasn't helping me breathe, so I drove myself to the ER. They got me in quick, and I'm currently enjoying breathing once again. My insurance co-pay for an ER visit is $325, plus medication costs, which beats the thousands they charged me last year, but I still have bills to pay, and now a food allergy test to arrange.
