I am back! I have been a little MIA.. needed a break from social media and also from crochet. My neck and shoulder was hurting a bit last month and let’s be honest trying to find a balance posting on social media/working full time/spend time with my family/dealing with a toddler/crocheting on projects is a lot of work. I will now try my best to keep a consistent schedule without over doing it. This winter and now beginning of spring I have been working hard on building an inventory for future markets. I’ve never had a proper routine in my adult life as I have always worked shift work, so having a routine is a huge new adjustment for me. ——— Cudownie było dzisiaj poćwiczyć♥️! Dzisiaj pierwszy raz od niepamiętnych czasów czułam tą wewnętrzną radość z treningu. Odpaliłam starą playlistę kiedy to na treningach czułam się po prostu szczęśliwa. I to wewnętrzne szczęście do mnie dzisiaj wróciło. Ciąża wiele zweryfikowała. Na przykład to że nie uporałam się z presją cyferek na wadze ( jestem regularnie ważona przez lekarza…). Że ciężko jest zaakceptować mi wzrost wagi który idzie za szybko niż przewidują normy. Że bycie aktywną w ciąży wcale nie wygląda jak z Insta pomimo szczerych chęci. Można po prostu być wyczerpaną i apatyczną i po prostu spać. Że owszem, ciąża to nie choroba ale w pewnym momencie nie dasz rady żyć tym tempem co do tej pory. Lada moment zaczynam ostatnią prostą czyli 3 trymestr. I dopiero teraz zaczynam sobie odpuszczać i akceptować to co się dzieje. Dzisiejszy trening uświadomił mi jak dużo zrobiłam przed ciążą. Że to wszystko to tylko etap. Że przecież wrócę do sztangi i sylwetki. Teraz są inne priorytety a ja jestem Wonder Woman bo tworzę w sobie nowe życie. Nie wiem czy uda mi się regularnie odwiedzać siłownię ale zdecydowanie chcę wrzucić spacery do swojego planu. W Norwegii w końcu zaczyna być wiosna 😅!
