Showcase - Chaos Knight Wardogs Here's another glimpse at some of the models in our collection, today we're taking a look at the fallen knightly order of House Scorpius. The armiger kit is one of my all time favourite assembly projects, and the chaos-ing (sticking spikes onto) made these models an incredibly engrossing painting project. I tried out several different rust effects on these models to truly show how these miniature god machines aren't really receiving their due maintenance in the hands of their treacherous lords. Le résumé m'a intrigué et j'ai décidé de passer le cap. ⚠️ C'est une romance sombre, des scènes pour non-mineur. Bref, pas un roman pour tout le monde. 🖤 Erika Fane recroise la route de Michael Christ, cet homme qui avait fait battre son cœur autrefois. Mais pas seulement, aussi la route des 4 Chevaliers comme on les nomme. Et ils semblent avoir une dent contre elle. Pourquoi? Que s'est-il passé alors qu'elle semblait être des leurs ? 🖤Que dire. J'ai vraiment adoré et apprécié la plume de l'auteure. C'est sombre, noir, profond. Et bon sang que j'ai aimé ! Tout du long, on découvre des morceaux de l'histoire, de leur passé. Le puzzle commence à s'assembler avec les flashbacks, et les points de vue de Michael viennent ponctuer l'avis principal. Je me suis surprise à apprécier aimer le côté sombre dans cette romance. On y découvre une bande, qui se trouve quelque peu détruite, mais toujours avec noyau. Les 4 chevaliers. Et que dire de la nuit du diable. Michael Crist budzi nie tylko pożądanie i zainteresowanie ale również strach i niepokój. Jest niczym zakazany owoc. Dziewczyna unika Michaela jak ognia bo wie, że nie powinna czuć ekscytacji na widok starszego brata jej chłopaka. Michael zna Erikę lepiej niż jej się wydaje, zna jej mroczne koszmary, wie czego się obawia i przed czym tak bardzo ucieka kiedy nikt nie patrzy. Jest jednak cierpliwy, nie ma zamiaru za wcześnie porozmawiać z Eriką i uświadamiać jej jak wiele jej sekretów ma w garści. Czy aby na pewno ich spotkanie będzie przypadkowe? Do czego doprowadzi wspólne pożądanie? Czy mroczne koszmary z przeszłości ujrzą światło dzienne? Jak cienka linia biegnie pomiędzy miłością a nienawiścią? Erika zostanie wplątana w niebezpieczną grę. Grę w której zwycięzca może być tylko jeden. Zrozumie, że nic nie dzieję się przypadkiem a każda decyzja ma swoje konsekwencję. Kiedy zapadnie zmrok wszyscy nałożymy maski i nie będziemy sobą, to one sprawiają że stajemy się wolnymi potworami wypuszczonymi na światło dzienne. Załóżcie maski. Czas start. Książka ta jest jedną z wielu obok których nie można przejść obojętnie. Tajemnice i intrygi a także napięcie które trzyma nas do ostatnich stron sprawiają że nie możemy przestać jej czytać. To naprawdę wyjątkowa historia, a Erika i Michael są wykreowani idealnie, ich relacja jest tak naprawdę jedną wielką tajemnicą, kto kłamie a kto mówi prawdę? Jest to książka do której wracam często i poleciłabym ją każdemu. ・ 1 悪徳弁護士にご注意ください 業界内では、以前から少なからず問題視されていましたが、最近、ようやく一部のメディアが取り上げるようになった悪徳弁護士にご注意ください。 ・ 2 国際ロマンス詐欺や投資詐欺などの被害者に対し、｢被害金を取り戻せる｣などと宣伝し、高額な着手金を受け取っておきながら何もしない。何もしていないのに｢手は尽くしたが、今回は回収できませんでした｣等々、様々な詭弁を弄して、詐欺の被害者から着手金等の名目で金銭を詐取し、二次被害を引き起こす。このような、悪徳弁護士による違法行為が横行しています。 この手の悪徳弁護士の特徴として、 ⑴ ホームページや広告に、 ① ｢専門｣という文言を堂々と使用している(専門医制度がある医師と異なり、そのような制度がない弁護士は、弁護士会の広告に関するルールにより、専門という文言の使用を控えるべきとされています。ですから、まともな弁護士は、専門という文言を、ホームページやネット広告で使いません)。 ② ｢詐欺に強い｣、｢迅速解決｣、｢相談は何度でも無料｣、｢回収実績◯%以上｣、｢回収できなければ着手金は全額返還｣、｢集団訴訟だから一人一人の着手金が格安」などの胡散臭い甘言を並べ立てている。 ⑵ 登録番号が6万番台の弁護士登録後三年未満の経験が浅い弁護士、もしくは、逆に登録番号が1万番台のかなり年寄りの弁護士が一人ないし少人数しか在籍していない小規模の法律事務所なのに、都心や市街地の中心部など、妙に立地が良く、賃料が高いエリアに事務所がある。 等々、挙げればキリがありません。 なお、顔写真があるからと言って安心できません。写真を出していれば悪徳弁護士ではない保証など、どこにもないからです。 ・ 3 そもそも、ネット広告やホームページで詐欺の被害金を取り戻せるなどと積極的に宣伝していること自体が、悪徳弁護士である何よりの証拠です。 なぜなら、まともな弁護士は、この手の詐欺被害の被害金を取り戻すことは、現行の法制度、社会制度の下では、現実的に極めて難しいことを知っています。そのため、詐欺の被害金の回収を積極的に宣伝すること自体、通常は有り得ないからです。 ですから、詐欺の被害金を取り戻せるなどと、詐欺被害の解決を積極的に宣伝している事務所には近づかない、問い合わせない、利用しない、というのが、悪徳弁護士から身を守るために最も簡単で効果的な策です。 ・ 4 では、なぜ悪徳弁護士は、刑罰の制裁を含む重いペナルティがあるにもかかわらず、平気で違法な広告を出したり、違法行為をするのでしょうか? それは、悪徳弁護士の法律事務所は、そのほとんどが、すでに”非弁業者”という、犯罪業者に乗っ取られているからです。もちろん、非弁業者の背後には、暴力団やそれに準じる反社会的勢力が存在するケースが普通に存在します。これらの輩にとって、違法行為に及ぶことなど造作もないのです。 ・ 5 まともに業務をしていては食えない、本来淘汰されるべき弁護士が、これら非弁業者から、資金や事務所の提供、事務員の派遣、その他、様々な利益の供与を持ち掛けられ、誘惑に負けて名義を貸すことで、事務所を乗っ取られます。 非弁行為に一度加担すると、名義を貸した弁護士は、弁護士法違反や詐欺罪の共犯であること等を理由に非弁業者から揺すられ、違法行為から抜け出せなくなります。そして、骨の髄までしゃぶられた後、最後は、逮捕、起訴、有罪判決というレールに乗せられてしまうのです。 ・ 6 違法行為に加担した弁護士が、刑罰を受けたり、弁護士会を除名されても、それは自業自得です。 しかし、この手の悪徳弁護士や非弁業者の存在は、弁護士の利用者である善良な市民にとって、弁護士に対する信用を失墜させ、まともな弁護士の利用を躊躇させることにつながります。弁護士の利用を躊躇することで、本来、弁護士を利用すれば救済された人や権利が救済されないケースも出てくるでしょう。 まともに業務をしている弁護士の立場から言わせてもらえば、これら悪徳弁護士や非弁業者は、社会の害悪以外の何者でもありません。 ・ 7 個人的には、Metaの有名人なりすまし詐欺広告の放置問題と同様に、悪徳弁護士の広告を野放しにして利益を上げている、実質的に共犯ともいうべき傲慢なGoogle、悪徳弁護士対策に取り組まない無能な政府や国会、関係省庁、薄情な警察・犬察(政府自民党の犬という意味であり、誤字ではありません)、犬察の追認機関に過ぎない裁判所、さらには、会員から高額な会費を巻き上げるしか能がない、単なる接収団体である日弁連や各地の弁護士会の怠慢も、厳しく批判されるべきだと考えています。 一介の弁護士として、この投稿が、僅かでも悪徳弁護士による詐欺の二次被害の防止に寄与してくれることを願っております。 #悪徳弁護士 #corrupt lawyer #詐欺 #詐欺広告 #なりすまし #ロマンス詐欺 #国際ロマンス詐欺 #投資詐欺 #非弁 #非弁行為 #非弁業者 #弁護士法違反
