Reflections (my debut album) was released into the world four months ago and since then I’ve been thinking & processing A LOT. First off, like, what in the world just happened!!?? LOL To see this story unfold in my life as God began to download vision for the project three years before I got into the studio to seeing it being played all over the world is soo humbling and just crazy to me. I tried to do it on my timeline and it never came with peace or fluidity but when I stepped off the gas and stayed committed to His way… things began to change and the people that needed to be part of it began to show up. I couldn’t be more grateful for the team that poured into each song and record. It wasn’t the easiest thing I’ve ever done, but it sure was a “God thing”. What a journey!!! It feels weird in the present day not to be carrying something that big & heavy and I find myself at times feeling empty handed and at other times seeing (in part) what God is beginning to do next. Renewed passion, fresh anointing, clearer vision have all been by products of spending time with Him on the back end of this project, and I’m glad to see new songs arising too!!! When I was finishing Reflections, I had a sinking feeling that maybe following God meant just one album, but He has shown me more ahead. Every story of impact I hear, every time I see the songs streamed and every moment someone new hears about the record means so so SO much because this whole thing is barely me… it’s really been God and He is meeting people through songs He met me in. ✨REFLECTIONS✨is available wherever you find your music and I pray the Lord meets with you in the lyrics, melodies & heartbeat of this record. 來跟大家分享一下 當兵四個月的心得文 （好像拖得有點久囉哈哈） 沒錯 我在今年二月正式退伍啦～ 要我說在當兵學到了什麼 嗯... 多多少少有練到一點身體吧, 我摸我的手臂覺得比以前更硬(結實)了 而讓我更深刻的, 是我對於身邊的家人、兄弟、朋友們, 更懂得要珍惜在一起的時光, 尤其是家人 還記得10/26入伍, 與爸媽道別的地方, 是在台北車站, 在場許多人的家人、女朋友, 包括我爸媽, 揮著手跟我道別後, 我們就上了前往台中的火車, 然後到成功嶺了 老實說, 我去到的新訓單位, 班長們人都真的還不錯, 甚至還有班長可以跟我們打成一片(當然操課的時候是嚴肅的), 剛進去時前幾天都在練軍歌+聽招募, 到後面幾天就真的有開始在練刺槍還有跑步了 入伍後的第10天, 終於來到我們大家最期待的「懇親會」, 就是讓自己的爸媽或是女朋友, 看到自己穿軍服的樣子(應該有帥吧), 而且也可以回家休息一下, 看看熟悉的人事物 只是我們懇親假的時間真的很短, 稍縱即逝, 星期六早上10點左右放假, 星期天的晚上6點就要回去營區了 所以, 放懇親假的那天晚上, 我淚崩了😭 說真的, 要不是因為懇親假, 我還真的沒發現, 自己很久沒有跟爸媽好好聊聊了, 還記得那天晚餐, 久違的吃到了我媽煮的晚餐, 而在吃晚餐的時候, 真的很想哭, 但一直強忍著眼淚, 我不想讓爸媽看到我哭的樣子, 在廚房跟我媽洗碗的時候, 我媽大概看得出來我不對勁, 所以主動問我怎麼了, 但我還是堅定的跟她說「我沒事」 那天半夜12點多, 跟朋友吃完了宵夜, 回家洗完澡後, 我媽就主動跑來找我說要不要跟她聊一聊, 我答應了 那時候跟我媽在房間聊了很久, 那她也問我說在那邊過得怎麼樣, 有沒有交到朋友...等等的話題, 而我跟她承認了我很想家 也許是跟爸媽有些觀念不一樣的關係吧, 大概從高中開始, 我就很少跟爸媽聊天了, 那高中有晚自習, 所以相處的時間蠻少的, 而且高中那時候開始我個性改變, 交到了許多朋友, 而且還跟以前鬧不合的國中同學打在一塊, 老實說, 我很慶幸自己改變了, 變得更開心了, 但要不是因為當兵放懇親假, 我還真的沒發現, 自己很久沒跟爸媽好好聊聊了 我記得那天晚上我哭了很久 尤其半夜我媽對我說了一句話: 「在我和你爸的心中, 你成長、獨立了, 但你在我們的心中, 你永遠都是我們的孩子, 我們永遠是你最堅強的後盾」 記得當下聽到這句話, 我直接大爆哭了😭 星期天的下午, 我爸開車載我和我媽, 送我回去了營區, 那兩天我覺得跟爸媽相處, 真的很珍貴, 很開心 而放完懇親假後, 就開始放周休二日了, 這幾個禮拜都在經歷投手榴彈、打靶、單戰等等的生活 抽下部隊的籤那一天, 我很幸運地抽到了一個不錯的單位(對當四個月的我們來說), 新訓放完四天結訓假後就正式撥交下部隊了 到新單位後的生活, 老實說, 跟新訓相比真的輕鬆不少, 而且每週放么八, 一開始前一兩週還蠻看重我們唱軍歌、背衛哨守則等等, 到後面就真的越來越鬆, 星期三晚上訂外食, 甚至到後面幾週開始, 就出現晚上1930不用集合, 下午1600就洗澡等等的現象😂 （不要問我在哪個單位, 因為講了學弟們就絕對沒好日子了） 而我要退伍前的連續兩個星期, 放了兩次么六三洞, 爽👍 總之, 當兵對許多人來說, 回憶是好是壞都有可能, 那至少當兵對我來說, 給我留下來的回憶是好的, 但跟許多人一樣, 絕對不會想再回去那種地方了, 自由真美好～ 😆😆😆 #退伍 #退伍心得 #退伍心得文 #心得 #當兵心得 #當兵日記 #當兵 #國軍 #國軍online #四個月 #discharge #dischargeexperience #experience #militaryexperience #militarydiary #military #nationalarmy #fourmonthsold
