It's been a journey, but I've really gone from a couch potato to a fitness warrior. From 260 pounds to 250. I was getting tired of feeling bloated and knee pain. So I cut down on fast food takeout and started drinking more water. I eat oatmeal and/or fruit for breakfast. A salad for lunch. Vegetables and/or lean meat for dinner. I try to walk 10,000 steps a day, and/or do intense cardio. My goal this year is to lose 50 pounds. I will be incorporating fasting and ab workouts into my routine. Here is my small win for today/ a great starting point for my week. So, as a SEO copywriter I have been refining my skills when it comes to email marketing. Today @curlynikki reached out to me with a proposition to work with @mirrordigital for ad campaigns. I responded back to her with commendation and a inquiry if I could work for her as a beauty copywriter. I then moved on to other tasks thinking she would not be interested.
