She is the kindest, most selfless person and always there for me, she is also my biggest cheerleader🥰To celebrate with her today I made a beautiful lunch and also the most delicious raspberry cake, second and third pics are closeups of the cake😋. I made up the recipe a while back and now it is my go to recipe, I just change out the berries to what’s in season. The raspberries from @lovfarmsllc are so delicious and when I saw them at the @smfms I knew they’d be perfect for the cake. To bake the cake I used all ingredients that I have found to be both peanut free & are made in a peanut free facility so that this is no risk of cross contact. I love baking; not only is it fun but it is wonderful to know that what I make is truly safe for me to enjoy and will not hold any risk of having an allergic reaction from peanuts. Ok, so no sugar for lent started off with @cakeordeathldn brownies. Did I regift? no! Did I shovel them all in my gob? Yes! No sugar started again last Saturday, and I'm not going to lie. I've had a stressful week... there are times that all I've wanted was a hot chocolate or a cake or a glass of rose lemonade, but I've been strong. Instead, I've made some of my favourite food to counteract my lack of joy from sugar.
