Lemon loaf 🍋 📝 Potrebujeme: • 1 hrnček cukru • 1 PL citrónovej kôry • 1 vajce • ½ hrnčeka oleja • ½ hrnčeka citrónovej šťavy • ½ hrnčeka mlieka • 1½ hrnčeka hladkej múky • 1 ČL sódy bikarbóny • vanilkový cukor • 1 hrnček práškového cukru • 2 PL pomarančovej šťavy 📝 Postup: Cukor s kôrou zmiešame, pridáme vajce, olej, šťavu a mlieko. Do tejto tekutej zmesi pridáme vanilkový cukor, preosiatu múku a sódu bikarbónu. Zmes nalejeme do formy vystlanej papierom na pečenie. Pečieme hodinu na 180 °C. Na polevu vymiešame citrónovú šťavu s cukrom a nanesieme na vychladnutý koláč.
