I do pay a small amount for Premium but the free versions gets you a lot too. The app version has just had a lot of improvements lately and it much more useable on the go. There are so many apps out to help you create social media graphics 📲. I love experimenting and lots of them are free as well as having upgraded versions you pay for with added features. One of my favourites is Canva 😍- it's now something I would struggle to be without. There is a free versions and it's available on both iOS and Android. You don’t need graphic design experience but for best results you do need a good visual eye. It’s easy to use - you just drag and drop different elements to create great graphics. It has loads of templates including a range of social media ones to get you started. It's fab for creating simple videos, gifs and animations as well as flyers, leaflets etc. It also has animated stickers and royalty-free photography you can use. Let's get to know each other! 🙂 My name is Lindsay Chree and I am a small business owner in North Berwick. When I moved here I had strong urge to take the plunge, I do mean into running my own business, but I have been swimming in the sea here too. I have worked in marketing in various roles and across different channels and industries for over 20 years but I now specialise in social media management. When Clan Maitland gathers, good things happened. I discovered this truth on our first full day of adventures together. Our first stop was St Mary's Parish Church in Haddington and Lauderdale Aisle. • Lauderdale Aisle, housed in a small chapel within the church, became a burial site for the Maitlands after the reformation of 1560. Entering through a stone archway, the marble effigies immediately draw the eye. The Renaissance monuments memorialize Sir John Maitland, Chancellor of Scotland under King James V, his son John, 1st Earl of Lauderdale, and their wives. • Beneath the aisle is a burial vault for the interment of the Earls and Countesses of Lauderdale. The Duke of Lauderdale rests within this chamber as well. There are also niches for the ashes of other clansfolk. • In this sacred place, listening to my Clan Chief as he shared family stories, I felt such a connection to my Scottish kin. Haddington’s Old Sheriff Court Building was constructed in 1833 & was designed by architect William Burn in Tudor Gothic Style which was unusual for this period.
