IT MATTERS. ✋🏼 Stop telling yourself that "this is just my body now, it's not going to bounce back". THAT DOESNT MEAN YOU SHOULD STOP TAKING CARE OF IT, even if it doesn't return to exactly how it was before, it can and should still be the healthiest version of you! Afterall, now you need to worry about taking care of another human which means YOU NEED TO TAKE CARE OF YOU. ✋🏼 Stop telling yourself that everything needs to be done before the baby comes. Ask for help. Even if you want to prove you can do it all, doesn't mean that you should. Sometimes that thing on the floor really IS too hard to get, so ask for help.
