Wir waren heute früh unterwegs und haben einen kleinen Ausflug in die Stadt gemacht. Birdy und Ace kennen das ja schon und für Snø sind ganz viele Eindrücke, die erst dann verarbeiten muss. Anschließend sind wir noch eine kleine Runde spazieren gegangen, damit die Hunde einfach den Kopf frei machen können und sich einfach was bewegen. Waren eben eine kleine Runde draußen und jetzt schlafen alle drei wieder. Lassen den Rest des Abends gemütlich ausklingen und ab morgen habe ich dann zwei Wochen Urlaub, bis jetzt ist noch nichts genaues geplant. Die Tage hatte ich ja mit den dreien gemeinsam angefangen zu üben, das werden wir nochmal versuchen und ein paar Standard Dinge werden gefestigt. Ist immer sehr lustig wenn ich mit Snø übe, die Beiden anderen sitzen daneben und spielen die Übungen ab🤣. Luna ❤️ è affetta da una forma importante di IBD, scoperta circa 4 anni fa, poco dopo essere stata prelevata dalla strada. L’IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease) è un disordine gastrointestinale di natura pressoché sconosciuta, il più delle volte autoimmune. Esistono questi anticorpi che attaccano la mucosa gastrointestinale provocando una infiammazione infinita. Ci sono periodi migliori ma le ricadute, con il passare del tempo, sono sempre più lunghe e ravvicinate tra loro. Luna soffre in particolare di colite autoimmune, e i sintomi sono .... pozze di sangue al posto delle feci, vomito, scarso appetito. L’unica “fortuna” è che queste crisi si verificano, nell’ultimo mese e mezzo, ogni 3/4 giorni... dandole il tempo di riprendersi e mangiare. Già mangia rigorosamente gastrointestinal, prende fermenti, antidiarroici e compattanti delle feci. Ma non basta più, perché questi anticorpi diventano sempre più aggressivi. Certo... il cortisone, essendo un potente antinfiammatorio e un potente immunosoppressore, così come la ciclosporina, potrebbe essere la soluzione più comoda e veloce... perché direbbe a questi anticorpi di “addormentarsi”. Ma, dato che gli effetti collaterali sono moltissimi... abbiamo cercato finora di evitarlo utilizzando altri accorgimenti e integratori. Facciamo un’ultima prova. Proviamo a cambiare il cibo Gastrointestinal, utilizzandone un altro con maggiori fibre. Se la colite autoimmune di Luna ❤️ fosse fibroresponsiva, la quantità aumentata di fibre aiuterebbe a “distrarre” questi anticorpi. Se nel giro di un mese non vediamo nessun miglioramento.... allora è arrivato il momento di procedere con una gastrocolonscopia con le varie biopsie a stomaco, duodeno e vari tratti dell’intestino e, a seconda dei risultati, capire se può essere sufficiente un antinfiammatorio ancora per un po’ di tempo o passare all’immunosoppressore.
