Herby Potatoes and Sirloin tenders 😋 - - - - Recipe: What you need. Herby Potatoes 1- bag fresh small potato medley (red, purple and yellow potato) 2- seasonings; garlic, onion, pepper, oregano, sage, basil, salt and pepper. 3- olive oil for cooking Sirloin tenders 1- one pkg tender sirloins (4ct) 2- seasonings; garlic, onion, salt, pepper, sage, cumin 3- 2 tbsp butter Start by turning on your stove top, using individual pans prep each separately. For the potatoes coat pan with light coats of olive oil. For steaks coat with the butter. Allow the pans to warm. While they are warming prepare your food. Dice the potatoes into quarters, this allows them to cook quickly and evenly. In a separate bowl combine the seasonings and then toss in the potatoes, mixing until all potatoes are well coated. Put them in the pan with the oil and watch closely, stirring occasionally. Cook time is 20mins +/-. For the steaks season each with the seasoning mixture and gently place on the pan with butter. Pan sear first side for about 4 mins. Resist the urge to poke, flip and sear the other side for an additional 2-3 mins. Enjoy! Tried the recipe? 𝔾𝔼𝔹𝕌ℝ𝕋𝕊𝕋𝔸𝔾𝕊𝕋𝕆ℝ𝕋𝔼 Hi Foodies, zum 60. Geburtstag meiner Mutter habe ich ihr diese schöne Torte gebacken. Heute zeige ich Euch, wie ich die Torte hergestellt habe. Zuerst habe ich einen hellen Biskuit gebacken und diesen in 3 Böden geteilt. Die Böden habe ich alle mit Himbeersirup getränkt. Für die Füllung habe ich aus weißer Schokolade und Sahne eine Ganache hergestellt, welche ich kurz vor der Verwendung nochmal luftig aufgeschlagen habe. Als fruchtige Komponente habe ich TK-Himbeeren mit Speisestärke eingedickt. Zum Einstreichen der Torte habe ich eine amerikanische Buttercreme hergestellt. Welche ich für den Fault Line Effekt noch mit grüner Lebensmittelfarbe eingefärbt habe. Micsoda színek, ízek és még alakbarát is?.! . . . Ami jó az vagy káros vagy büntetendő mondja a "mondás". :-D Ezzel a mangó pürés sajttortával ezt mindenképpen megcáfolnám. Hiszen finomított cukrot és fehér lisztet sem tartalmaz. Egy jó sajttorta több tényező összjátéka miatt lehet kiváló: 1. A textúra legyen sima és selymes, de ne túl tömör. 2.Az összetevők minősége, mint a friss sajtok és friss tojások is kulcsfontosságúak. 3.Gőzfürdőben készüljön (ha szükséges sütni) 4. Legalább 6-8 órát pihenjen hűtőben de az sem baj, ha egy egész éjszakát. Recept: Hozzávalók egy 18cm-es tortakarikához: Az alap: 150g Gullon keksz 80g vaj 1 kanál lekvár Aprítóban ledarálom a kekszet morzsásra, és olvasztott vajjal elkeverem. A tortakarikát kibélelem waxpapírral, és bleenyomkodom a kekszes masszát. Pár órát hűtőben dermesztem az alapot. A krém: 150g görög joghurt 250g mascarpone 1 db mangó 1,5dlg tejszín habnak felverve 1cs Zero vaníliás cukor 50g eritrit 6 lapzselatin A zselatinlapokat vízben beáztatom 10 percre. A mangót feldrabolom és elkezdem főzni , és a kinyomkodott zselatinlapokat feloldom benne. (Ne forrjon!) Hagyom hűlni. A joghurtot, mascarponét, vaníliás cukrot, eritritet és a langyosmangópürét összekeverem, és végül bleeforgatom a felvert tejszínhabot. Az összeállt kekszes alapra öntöm a krémet, és pár órára hűtőbe teszem. Ha megkötött a krém, jöhet a zselé a tetejére. Gőzfürőben 180 fokon 45 percig sütöm. Mangózselé: 150g mangópüré 2 lapzselatin vízben áztatva, majd kinyomkodva A pürét felforrósítom, hozzáadom a zselatint, és feloldom. Picit hagyom hűlni, majd még melegen a torta tetejére öntöm. Jarenlang gebruikte ik een trippelstoel in de keuken. Zo eentje met een zadel zit. Totdat ik eigenlijk niet meer goed de transfer van mijn rolstoel naar de trippelstoel kon maken. Ik zocht de oplossing in eerste instantie in een trippelstoel die elektrisch omhoog en omlaag zou kunnen. Ik wilde ook graag nog kunnen staan. Toen bleek dat dat niet zo'n goed idee was voor mijn armen ging ik oefenen met staan in een sta tafel. Dat voelde fijn, maar is wel erg statisch. Bovendien wil je ook niet zo'n groot ding in huis hebben. Mijn revalidatie arts opperde toen een sta rolstoel. Daar had ik nog nooit aan gedacht. Ze zei wel dat je dan meestal je eigen rolstoel daarvoor moet inleveren. Wat natuurlijk heel vreemd is, want een sta rolstoel is handig, maar niet om mee te nemen. Veel te zwaar om buiten mee te rijden en meenemen in de auto zou mij ook niet lukken. Weer zo'n rare uitwas van de huidige WMO-regelgeving. Maar ik was enthousiast geworden over het idee om weer te kunnen staan en makkelijker overal bij te kunnen, vooral ook met koken. Dus ik ging zoeken op Marktplaats. En daar vond ik deze dus! Zoveel geluk. We moesten er wel helemaal voor naar Limburg rijden, maar dat deden we graag. De eerste keer staan was wel wat eng. Maar de stoel staat als een huis. Je onderbenen worden vastgezet met een band. En er is ook nog een band om je middel. Dat voelt veilig. En zo sta ik nu dus. In de keuken is t het fijnste om niet zo recht mogelijk te staan, maar beetje half te zitten. Weer goed in de pannen kunnen kijken en bij de spullen op de bovenste plank kunnen is heel fijn. En staand knuffelen, dat is ook een hele andere beleving. Wat een uitvinding dus.
