30 weeks pregnant photo 💖💖 so grateful for my healthy body and baby 🙏 . I've been prioritizing sleep and having chats with husband to reduce my anxiety. I think as women we put so much pressure on ourselves and feel like our child's safety and wellness is primarily our responsibility but when Bryon and I chose parenthood, we knew both of us were in it together. We've tackled so much this week by going at it this way. It's great to have a support system when you're a first time pregnant mom. Whether it's our significant other, family and/or friends. 28 weeks 💕 where has the time gone? Some of my pregnancy sisters are already having their babies and I know that's a sign that the time is getting closer for me. . . I read this quote the other day that said something like: "Pregnancy doesn't only change you, it also changes the people around you." And it's so true for me, I've noticed not only how much I've changed but how much people's behavior around me has. I learned early on that my baby's happiness is my top priority and I never wanna put her/him in stressful situations or be surrounded by energy and people who have no regards to our well being. Many people will walk in and out of your life when you grow. Some get scared because they don't know how to handle the changes but that's 100% ok with me. Some get closer to you because they wish the best for you and love to see you grow. I want baby to always be surrounded by people who genuinely care for them and have the best intentions on seeing them grow into an awesome person. So excited, just received my 3 pack Thieves essential oil-infused spray, I seriously carry these with me everywhere.
