| Nadam se da će moje podijeljeno iskustvo koristiti nekoj od trudnica i budućih mama koje prate ovaj profil. 🤍 __________________________________________________ Prva trudnoća bila je uredna, zdrava beba-zdrava ja, na preporuku doktorice koja je vodila trudnoću, pila sam Femibion 1 i 2. Moj Fatih se rodio sa 4.850gr i 62cm. Fulali su skoro za cijeli kilogram u procjeni težine bebe što je za sobom povuklo epiziotomiju, Kristelerov zahvat od kojeg mi je napukla trtična kost, dijastazu… i još niz dešavanja koji su doveli do postporođajne depresije i da sam narednih 20 dana jedva ustajala iz kreveta. Komentar doktora koji me porodio bio je: “Ne znam zašto vas kljukaju ovolikim vitaminima kada ste zdrave i sa urednim nalazima!? Samo napušu i vas i bebu i onda imamo ovakav ishod na porodu.” Nisam ni ja znala ali sam vjerovala doktorici koja me vodila i smatrala da joj nije važno samo količinski prodati reklamne proizvode. Ne mora značiti da je to bio jedini razlog Fatihove težine ali vjerujem doktoru koji me porodio kada kaže da je to znatno doprinijelo jer se zaista nisam prejedala hranom da bih mogla tome pripisati bilo šta. Vođenje druge trudnoće povjerila sam drugoj doktorici i sada imam neke druge planove u odnosu na prvi porod pa kako bude nafaka ali ovaj put biram ono što smatram da je najbolje za mene i bebu. 😊 Što se tiče suplemenata, ovaj put biram dosta prirodnije sa što manje hemije i moj izbor je B12 PLUS + folna kiselina. U čemu je razlika? U 6. mjesec prve trudnoće ušla sam sa +15kg a u 6.mjesec druge trudnoće ulazim sa +5kg. Meni i više nego dovoljno!
