#আইন_ত #আইন_সব #lawofattractioncoach . #lawofattraction . #lawfirm . #lawenforcement . #lawyer . #lawজাল মুদ্রা আমদানী ও রপ্তানীঃ যদি কোনও ব্যক্তি অন্য কোনও দেশের জাল মুদ্রা আমদানী করে বা সেই স্থান থেকে রপ্তানী করে।সেই ব্যক্তি সঠিক জানে যে সেগুলি জাল মুদ্রা, তাহলে ভারতীয় দন্ডবিধির ২৩৭ নং ধারা অনুযায়ী তার তিন বৎসর পর্যন্ত কারাদন্ড হতে পারে ও অর্থদন্ড দিতেও বাধ্য থাকবে।ভারতীয় জাল মুদ্রা আমদানী ও রপ্তানীঃযে ব্যক্তি ভারতীয় জাল মুদ্রা আমদানী করে অথবা জাল মুদ্রা রপ্তানী করে এবং সঠিক জানে যে সেগুলি জাল মুদ্রা।তাহলে ভারতীয় দন্ডবিধির ২৩৮ নং ধারা অনুযায়ী যাবজ্জীবন কারাদন্ড বা দশ বৎসর কারাদন্ড হতে পারে এবং অর্থদন্ড দিতেও বাধ্য থাকবে। জানা সত্বেও ভারতীয় জাল মুদ্রা কাছে রাখা এবং দেওয়াঃযদি কোনও লোক জেনেশুনে ভারতীয় জাল মুদ্রা কাছে রাখে, এবং প্রতারণা করে কাউকে দেয়, কিংবা কাউকে নিতে বাধ্য করায়, তাহলে ভারতীয় দন্ডবিধির ২৪০ নং ধারা অনুযায়ী তার দশ বৎসর পর্যন্ত কারাদন্ড ও অর্থদন্ড দিতেও বাধ্য থাকবে।না জেনে জাল মুদ্রা দেওয়াঃ যদি কোনও ব্যক্তি না জেনে জাল মুদ্রা কাউকে হস্তান্তর করে বা নেওয়ার জন্য বাধ্য করে। তবে ভারতীয় দন্ডবিধির ২৪১ নং ধারা অনুযায়ী দুই বৎসর পর্যন্ত কারাদন্ড হতে পারে অথবা উক্ত জাল মুদ্রার দশগুণ পর্যন্ত অর্থদন্ড হতে পারে কিংবা কারাদন্ড ও অর্থদন্ড একসঙ্গে হতে পারে। সরকারী টিকিট জালকরণঃ যদি কোনও ব্যক্তি সরকারী টিকিট জাল করে অথবা ঞ্জানত সরকারী খাজনার উদ্দেশ্যে টিকিট জাল করে বা কোনও অংশ তৈরী করে তবে ভারতীয় দন্ডবিধির ২৫৫ নং ধারা অনুযায়ী সেই ব্যক্তির যাবজ্জীবন, ১০ বছর পর্যন্ত কারাদন্ড এবং অর্থদন্ড হতে পারে।সরকারী টিকিট জাল করার যন্ত্র বা অন্যান্য জিনিস রাখাঃ জাল করার উদ্দেশ্যে যদি কোনও ব্যক্তির কাছে সরকারী টিকিট জাল করার কোনও যন্ত্র, যন্ত্রাংশ বা অন্য কোনও মাল-মশলা থাকে।তাহলে ভারতীয় দন্ডবিধির ২৫৬ নং ধারা অনুযায়ী সাত বৎসর পর্যন্ত কারাদন্ড হতে পারে ও অর্থদন্ড দিতেও বাধ্য থাকবে।সরকারী জাল টিকিট বিক্রিঃযদি কোনও লোক জাল সরকারী টিকিট বিক্রি করে অথবা বিক্রি করার কথা বলে, এবং সে জানে যে, ওগুলি প্রকৃতই জাল তবে ভারতীয় দন্ডবিধির ২৫৮ নং ধারা অনুযায়ী তার সাত বৎসর পর্যন্ত কারাদন্ড হতে পারে এবং অর্থদন্ডও দিতে বাধ্য থাকবে।

ISLAMABAD: The Interior Ministry has empowered the federal police to take action against smuggling as the department has been given anti-smuggling powers. According to the details, the Ministry of Interior granted the federal police authority under the Customs Act to crack down on smuggling. Now, the federal police can launch an anti-smuggling campaign, as per a notification issued in this regard. The sources privy to the development said that the federal police have been empowered to seize non-customs paid goods. The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Chairman has been informed of the decision. It is pertinent to mention here that the Rangers, Coast Guard, and FC already have the same powers. The development came after Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif reiterated the resolve to purge the country of smuggling and directed the authorities concerned to accelerate the countrywide drive against the menace. The prime minister, chairing a high-level meeting to curb smuggling, paid tribute to Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Asim Munir for his full cooperation with the government in its endeavor against smuggling. A report of the investigation committee headed by AD Khawaja was also presented in the meeting. It would be fair to say I’ve been been part of a lot of discussions where I added my 2 cents on what an organisation required in order to improve. It could be argued this has a place, but I think it’d be fair to say that in most cases there is far more talk than action. Social media has created additional layers to this as it has become a place to add your 2 cents where context is lacking and your ability to convey clear and concise messages is impeded. With the help of hindsight, it’s become apparent to me that all this talk I’ve participated in has achieved five filths of f*ck all when compared to actually doing the work required at my own level to invoke positive organisational change. In order for a neighbourhood street to look amazing, it’s imperative that individuals address the deficiencies of their own front lawn. So before casting dispersions of others, it maybe more beneficial to invest your time and energy in addressing the leadership, culture and communication strategies that are acutely pertinent to you, your direct chain of command and your team. Two CRPF personnel were killed and two others injured in Manipur’s Bishnupur district following a blast at the paramilitary force’s outpost, the police informed. The deceased CRPF men have been identified by the police as Sub-Inspector N Sarkar and Head Constable Arup Saini. The incident took place at around 12:45 am in the intervening night of Friday and Saturday. According to the police, the gunmen opened fire at Narainsena village in Meitei-majority Bishnupur district. The police informed that the miscreants also fired a bomb which exploded inside a CRPF outpost there. “Security forces have cordoned off the area and further investigation will be carried out by the police,” a security official said. Meanwhile, in a separate incident, a person was also killed in a village in Imphal East district after heavy exchange of fire in the area last night. The person hailed from the Meitei community and was killed at Sinam village in Imphal East district, at the border of Kangpokpi.

Contrary to expectations, the deployment of militarized units doesn't reduce violent crime or change the number of officers assaulted or killed. In Maryland, an area this study focused on, it was found that these units are more likely to be used in black neighborhoods. The study highlights the negative impact of militarized policing on public trust and perception of excessive funding. It challenges the belief that such tactics are essential for public safety. Additionally, survey results suggest that exposure to militarized police imagery leads to decreased confidence in law enforcement and perceptions of increased violence. This article puts into perspective the harm that police militarization has not only on the community, but on the officers themselves. If militarization hurts black communities to such an extent that there are countless studies and reports mentioning the fact, then there should be actions taken to remove militarization, which is endangering citizens. This academic article by authors Moule, Burruss, Parry, and Fox explores the differing views and how people are influenced into advocating for or against militarization. They do so by creating a study that gathers the opinions of 700 American adults and why they may or may not support police militarization. They create a hypothesis that higher levels of legitimacy and perceptions that militarization of police is effective increases the support of militarization and vice versa. They also hypothesize that if adults believe that the violations of citizens' rights are heightened, the support for militarization will decrease. The study reveals the statistics based on these hypotheses, so make sure to check it out below! The 1033 Program allows the government to distribute military-grade equipment and weaponry to law enforcement officers. The author of this article, Lily Tran, explains how the program has grown over the years, most notably after the unrest in Ferguson, Missouri.
