Civil War Diorama A24’s latest film was incredible and I knew I wanted to recreate a shot from it as soon as I came out of the cinema 🎥 The scene I chose depicts Jessie infront of a paint splattered and war-torn wall , onlooking some hostages being marched to their death after a tense battle. It was so striking to me how the vibrant colors of war paint mixed with the bleak architecture of the building and I just knew that would work so well in Lego Some of my favourite features in this model are: •The bullet holes and debris throughout the building •A gunman’s hideout on the roof with various war objects •Set of accurate minifigures to bring the diorama to life •Technique used to create the mix of paint on the industrial wall Really hope you like this one and go check out Civil War! RP2 Shadow Commander Fox!!!! I present to you Shadow Fox! Fox was one of my favorite characters, and I know I know he killed him, but he was following order! I really do like his character design, so when I saw that @avfigures had made a Shadow Variant, I had to have it, but I had @_ttharon_decals switch out the eye lens visor from green to black. Whenever @avfigures brings back the Shadow Variants, I'm definitely getting another and keep the green visor this time. I feel like Shadow Variants were one of the coolest things AV had on offer, and I wish they were able to get the rest of the overhaul done and uploaded! I made another trip to Orlando Brick Co, brought in some more items for store credit, and this is what I got. I filled 2 large cups full of pieces, Firstbourne (a Ninjago dragon I didnt have, and yes the vinyl wings are there), a Batmobile that I wanted, Rocket and Groot minifigures, and a vulture just because I work with birds of prey I had to get it. I've been busy trying to modify some sets I have, but in all honesty, I need to pause on them and actually build new things. I've been getting pieces or have useful pieces that should be used towards new mocs instead of modifying sets all the time (that's just me). That's all I have to say for now. If you like quality, @republicbricks isn't the way they go. Here's an example of what they do with their figs. I don't know what you would call the printing on the arms. it's not even 180. No inner leg printing or tops of toes shady pricing that's always discounted from a ridiculous number so when you buy one of their Mystery bundles that claim you get 1500 or something they cab justify sending you way less than promised because they use the original pricing they never used once.
