Sunset Launch - As the sun sets, the ground crews of Oasis Outpost prepare the LL-962 Aegis Expedition Starfighter for launch. Captain Knight and Commander Stargazer take in the sight before climbing onboard for their latest scouting mission of Planet Oasis. The is the 3rd iteration of my personal favorite spaceship MOC. Originally built in 2015 and named the Arrow, this newest version, now retconned the Aegis, is the main ship of Nova Team. Even their logo sports a silhouette of this craft. For years I wanted to upgrade this ship. Back then I just emerged from my original dark ages and was new to MOC building as an AFOL. While I loved the design, the detail and building techniques were lacking. So while this version has much of the same proportions and design elements as the original 2015 version this is an entirely new build from the ground up. I have some additional shots I’ll be sharing here, with a bit more in-universe explanations to come. Today the vigilante is to be made an example to any and all with intentions to rebel and question the lawfulness of the Communist Regime’s presence. “You should let me go when you still can. If I die, you’d only be fanning the flames that will soon spire out of your control.” said the vigilante. “HOW DARE YOU SUGGEST ME TO DO OTHERWISE?! ALL THIS COULD’VE WELL BEEN AVOIDED IF YOUR PEOPLE HAD JUST ACCEPTED YOUR FATE!” bellowed the Magistrate in frustration. “The reason our resistance baffles you to no end, is because you have never tasted the sweet nectar that is freedom and democracy before. And sadly, I don’t think you ever will.” Just as the Magistrate was about ask why that is, the door exploded inwards and Agent Freelancer Gold alongside Agent Beyonder rushed in, firing at the soldiers in the room. The vigilante seized this opportunity and wrestled the soldiers guarding him to the ground, punching him in the esophagus and shot him with his own weapon. The Magistrate, realizing that her forces will soon be overwhelmed by the two special agents, grabbed her tablet containing the information about the regime’s military activities in Taiwan and ran towards the escape exit. The door slid open, and she ran down the dimly lit hall as fast as she could, hoping to put as much distance between herself and the intruders as possible. But then, she heard another set of footsteps following her and the screech of metal on the ground. She froze in her tracks, reaching for her pistol she turned around to fire at whoever was behind her.
