It started when the sky turned red, the end of the world. Kotiro watched the sky as the clouds were replaced with foreign sygils. Although she could not read them, she knew deep down that they were a warning. Something had happened to the Great Spirit, and Whatinui was in danger. Unsure of the dangers to come, the villages upon the surface of whatnui had innitatited safety protocols and started the navigation to the subterranean facilities. Being the only toa assigned to the island, it was Kotiro's duty to assure the process went smoothly. However, seeing as the world was starting to shake, she had found herself feeling short of time. The villages of the Ta and Ko matoran who live amidst mountains and volcanoes were left to their own as they both had quick access to tunnel networks and entrances to the facilities. Kotiro also left the po and onu matoran, as she believed that they too were close enough to the facility access to not require her aid. Honestly, she was unsure if the one matoran were even aware of what was happening on the surface. That left the Le and Ga matoran. Let me reveal Episode 3 of LegoMasters New Zealand Season 2 📕 Challenge.: This episode we had to create an occasion/special events that we selected from colourful wrapped Lego gifts. 📗 Criteria.: A celebration build & the object we created had to be able to open up to reveal a scene that tells a story from the occasion. 📙 We got the housewarming gift, so we created a custom-mate book that chronicles a couple starting their family down near Queenstown New Zealand. Featuring different season memorie photos on the inside page & then on the opposite page is the housewarming itself - complete with a party & people bringing gifts to welcome them to their new home. 📘 @angus_deacon & I got the housewarming event. Say hello to the next entry in my Marvel MOC lineup: Green Goblin’s Glider from Spider-Man No Way Home! Although I’m really happy they didn’t completely change Goblin’s glider design in the film, there are numerous changes between this version and the original 2002 glider. The shape is very different, the purple elements are broken up rather than one continuous sheet, the batwing design is less pronounced, the lights are green instead of blue, and the thorax has completely changed. This is the ultimate Lego display model of Goblin’s signature vehicle from 2021’s No Way Home, faithfully recreated from movie stills as well as Hot Toys’ 1/6th scale glider that came with their Green Goblin Deluxe Figure. I am in the middle of designing these UCS Gliders to be compatible with Lego’s official Green Goblin construction figure so stay tuned for that!
