Therefore, when discussing the ideal role of corporate communication, there are often differences in perception. To understand the true role of corporate communication in Indonesia, Maverick Indonesia and RB Consulting have conducted a survey of 82 corporate communication leaders from the BUMN and private sectors, as well as interviewing five CEOs from various sectors from October 2023 to February 2024.😘😘 such an topic, for sure.. and best things for me was such a great moment to learn, but also manage @the relationship between all friends and able to siilatuharim with old friends and meet up with the new one. 💃 from class in Transpark to Supark to have counselings, and finishing several works then directly went there.. the tiredness is wash away when i focus on the event. Cool! IBU RUMAH TANGGA, NGAPAIN AJA? Jawabannya BANYAAAAKK! Kadang dengan titel "Ibu Rumah Tangga", tanpa sadar kita jadi melimitasi diri sendiri. Mau belajar sesuatu yg baru, "Ah, aku kan cuma di rumah aja. Kayanya ga perlu deh ikut kelas ini itu." Mau menyampaikan opini terkait sesuatu, "Ah, aku kan cuma ibu rumah tangga biasa. Kalau aku ngomong begini emang bakal ada yg dengerin? Nanti malah ga nyambung." Mau ikut circle anak-anak muda, "Aduh, aku sudah tidak relate, ga paham omongan mereka." Hehehe, ya memang sih.. Tapi coba diniatkan seperti ini. Aku belajar utk upgrade diri, biar kalau ngomong sama suami, bahas2 politik, dan terlibat diskusi2 berat itu bisa tetap nyambung. Aku belajar, biar anak aku juga ikut semangat belajar. Dan paham kalau belajar itu proses yg fun walaupun kadang berat. Aku mencoba masuk ke circle anak2 muda, agar aku punya gambaran ke depan. Nanti circle anakku kira2 akan seperti apa ya.. Value apa yg harus ditanamkan ketika kelak dia terlibat pergaulan yg lbh luas. Aku ikut banyak kelas, untuk membangunkan networking untuk anakku di kemudian hari. dst, dst... Kalaupun alasannya ga berkaitan dengan anak juga gpp kok. You do you aja. Belajar itu asik loh! Kita jadi ga merasa brainless krn terjebak rutinitas yg sama setiap hari. Kita juga ikut terstimulasi utk terus +1 setiap harinya, apalagi ketika disupport oleh keluarga dan lingkungan. Jadi kalau ada kesempatan buat belajar hal baru, gaskeeeuun bunda. Krn jadi ibu rumah tangga itu bukan sekedar "cuma"! ❤ Notes: infografik di atas adalah kisi2 display IG-ku ke depannya, hehehe. GET TO KNOW ME BETTER! Bismillah... Dalam rangka tugas personal branding dari @careerclass_id, akhirnya aku memutuskan untuk membuka diriku pada pertemanan yang seluas2nya. Sebenarnya, utk teman2 yg sudah follow sejak lama tentu tahu kalau aku sering mengikuti kelas2 tertentu sbg media belajar dan self development. Atau sharing2 ttg sesuatu based on personal experience dan berbagi opini dari POV pribadi melalui tulisan-tulisanku. Buatku sih itu sudah cukup mewakili ttg apa yg kusukai, apa yg jadi perhatian utamaku terkait parenting dan edukasi misalnya, value2 apa yg menjadi panduanku dlm menjalani hidup. Beberapa hal yg aku khawatirkan ketika mengubah mode akun media sosial dari private menjadi public adalah, aku takut jadi oversharing ttg hal2 yg sebenarnya personal dan tidak perlu diumbar. Aku takut kelepasan berbicara ttg sesuatu yg bukan kapasitasku. Aku khawatir jadi lbh banyak berbicara daripada mendengar, sehingga mengabaikan prinsip tabayyun dalam mencerna berbagai informasi yang beredar. Bagaimana pun ini era digital dan era viral. Dimana opini pribadi bisa dibuat menjadi asumsi publik yg menggiring opini. Karena itu, buatku posting sesuatu di media sosial itu bukan hanya perkara "ini akun saya, jadi saya bebas mau berbicara dan posting apa saja." Tetap diperlukan pakem, tetap diperlukan wisdom, sehingga sbg pengguna media sosial kita bisa lebih bijak. Namun, berhubung sekarang banyak teman baru yang kudapatkan semenjak mengikuti program @careerclass_id, maka dari itu, yuk kita kenalan lagi! Kan katanya, tak kenal, maka ta'aruf lah! 😁. So I went backwards and finished volume one of Alex Hormozi’s acquisition series, $100M Offers. I really enjoyed this book. I wish I would’ve read this series in order, but I still got plenty out of both volumes. Alex does a great job talking about how he’s built his business and helped others do the same! One of my favorite things about Alex, as an author is that he gives practical examples and applicable descriptions that you can deploy directly into what you’re already doing in your business! Let’s talk about education, skills and value! This year I had decided to buckle down and take the education and steps required to upgrade my license to Qualifying Broker (I have one more class) for residential real estate and concurrently begin my CCIM designation for commercial real estate. The more I learn, the more I realize the less I know because there is just so much out there to learn. I have always loved learning ( I have an MBA, CPM, BA, among many other certifications) and I would spend a good deal of my time in class if I could lol I love the concept that after you earn a degree or certification that it can’t be taken away from you and it enhances the strength of your foundation or your base stronger and stronger. I love adding more skillsets to my toolbelt so I can always come up with a solution that might work or I can find someone who can in my journeys I meet many talented people. Athens Marathon ✅. Came to town with 4 goals, hit one of them. The cramp monster grabbed me at 18 and wouldn’t let me go. I’m good though and I finished. Thanks to the nice woman who saw me laying on the ground behind my car a full hour after I was done and called the on hand recovery team to help me when I struggled to stand. 🙏🏽❤️. I had a doc and 2 Masters students all to myself until I could stand and walk good enough to take a finish line picture and a recovery meal. Special shout out to @amogu.ukairo who spent at least an hour longer than he would have normally on a marathon course ❤️. Some may get this and some may not but adversity like this gives me a rush. I gave what I had and obviously I would have loved a different result but f**k, I ran. I laid on the ground, I got up and I’m still here, grateful for each step I’m allowed to take…what? @mariastockard sorry you couldn’t make this one but part of me is glad you didn’t have to witness my “hard headedness” that kept me on the ground. That would have been tough for you to see I imagine.
