Whenever we become a victim of addictive tendencies (the lower expression of this Gene Key) because of any form of suffering, we do it as a way to avoid the discomfort however temporarily we can do so. So, this gift frequency has the ability to suck out of the gravitational pull of addictions and draw you up into the light because of its ability to be creative. While this energy has the ability to rationalize and transmute all questions into their inner truth, it has the ability to touch its highest Siddhi frequency of Silence because there is always power in your truth and your ability to be silent until you are invited to share that truth. It always amazes me when I enter a new space of people that know I’m a psychic. It’s like they forget how to act and get nervous and to calm those nerves they usually try humor of some sort. As I was setting up my table at the event I’m at today, a woman who is another vendor looked at me dead in the face and goes, “What kind of day am I going to have today?” I looked back at her and asked, “What kind of day do you want to have?” And it was clear she was not expecting that answer. 🤣 I truly believe we are the creators of our own reality therefore can create the kind of day we have. For myself, I wanted a slow, in flow day where I am surrounded by abundance. So, that is the day I am creating. I was raised to follow others' plans, to look for guidance that aligned with their expectations—not mine. As a result, I disconnected from my intuition. I doubted its existence, thinking it was a gift I lacked. This belief broke my heart. 💔 In my 30s, I realized that the outside noise caused me anxiety, depression, and feelings of inadequacy. I began to challenge the idea that intuition was not for me. I started listening inward, recognizing, and trusting my own nudges. Everything changed—I realized I did have the gift of intuition, and it was strong. This journey led me to discover Human Design. Learning I was a Splenic Projector with Gate 57— the Gate of Intuitive Insight—confirmed I could trust my instincts. Human Design not only helped me identify my gifts but also showed me areas needing growth and how to navigate life's challenges using my unique strengths. When we are given the gift of an imbalance in the body we are given an opportunity to journey inwards. . . The body will ask for the mind and hearts attention through disease and imbalances, hormonal, emotional, or physical. . . A great deal of physical symptoms stem from repressed emotional states that we don’t seem worthy of our attention or time, or don’t fit in with the egos version of who we are. . . When in fact our emotions are our bodies feedback of our external environment to the internal and vice versa. . . This last two years I was given a challenge of meeting intense fragility, anxiety and exhaustion. These emotions definitely did not fit with my egos agenda. . . “The only way out is in” was definitely the vibe! . . All these states were ways my body was calling me inside, to listen. . . To be with the roots of my childhood trauma imprints that had been running the show for most of my life. . . I had to stay still for a long time, to process, grieve and meet the needs of my body in a new way. . . Moving from this state of fragility to strength is teaching me so much, and as I am finding my feet alot of the old desire scape has broken down too. . . As someone who is motivated by desire in a very powerful way, it is fascinating to observe what holds a positive charge and what is almost repellant. . . It is like relearning who I am. . . Sometimes your nervous system just needs to get out of your habitual environment, away from the old patterning and triggers, and to rest, restore, replenish. Since moving back to magical Peru at the foot of volcano Misti over 6 months ago, I’ve noticed I barely clench my teeth, no longer have tension headaches, and feel more energized overall. I am better able to deal with the overwhelm that sometimes (maybe even often 🤔) comes with being a full time working from home, mom of 5 who is also running a mission based side business. I’m better able to show myself grace and forgiveness, even if others around me don’t. I’m better able to tune into what I need, and create the space and boundaries to give myself that. I’m better able to see things objectively, react less, feel my feelings and allow them to move through me rather than get stuck in despair and a victim mentality. And because of all that and more, I’m better able to show up as the best mom I can be for my kids. I’m always a work in progress, and I’m so proud of how far I’ve come from where I started, as a little girl growing up learning unhealthy patterns of relating to others. It IS possible to break old traumatic conditioning. I strive to live my life as am an example of that. It IS possible to create the family of your dreams, defines by your own unique standards and not places on you externally. It’s messy, imperfect, and hard work, but it’s possible. For most of my life, I've felt out of place, slightly on the outside of things. For a long time, I thought that this was simply part of being Highly Sensitive, highly Empathic, overwhelmed with much of the world around me. April is not letting up! Hopefully you made it through the eclipse earlier this month relatively unscathed. I sure didn’t. Lots of changes, and challenges are being presented and I am working through them. And now we have today’s Scorpio full moon to contend with before Mercury goes direct. If you’re feeling emotional, you’re feeling this full moon. Scorpio is a water sign that lives to plumb the depths, so expect to feel the feels, and then feel them some more. We still have a few more days till Mercury goes direct, so you may feel like hiding away until the end of the week. April has been an intense month, give yourself permission to retreat and regroup. One of my teachers shared this nugget “This full moon along with this past eclipse portal and Mercury Rx are showing you what has been in the darkness of your being. They are illuminating how that which is dark can be catalyzed by the light.” I recommend sitting and being with what it is - have a good cry, take a bath, journal, vent, purge, be with yourself and honor this time. It’s ripe and rich, even if it’s emotional. And get ready to move forward again after April 25th. Things should start to ease up by the weekend.
