So along with the pinched nerves that randomly get aggravated, I found out I have a herniated disc and some other not so fun issues in my lower back. Another MRI is up next since things have changed from the last one, a pain management appointment to most likely get an injection, and physical therapy. Usually i go to the gym right after I drop the kids off at school. I had a breakfast date so decided to go at noon.
