✨🖥🩻 ✨ سونوگرافی غربالگری سه ماهه ی اول (سونوگرافی NT): در سن بارداری 11هفته و 2 روز تا 13 هفته و 6 روز (بهترین زمان بین هفته ی 12 تا 13 بارداری) انجام می گیرد. در این سونوگرافی اندازه گیری NT (nuchal translucency) به این صورت است که میزان مایع پشت گردن جنین را بررسی می کند و در صورتی که این مایع از مقدار معینی بیشتر باشد نشانگر این است که جنین ممکن است مبتلا به بیماری های خاصی مانند سندرم داون باشد. قبل از 11 هفتگی، انجام این سونوگرافی امکان پذیر نیست، زیرا جنین بسیار کوچک می باشد و پس از 14 هفتگی نیز مایع شفاف پشت گردن جنین از بین می رود. در سونوگرافی NT ،طول سری-دمی جنین که اصطلاحا به آن CRL گفته می شود، معیار تعیین سن جنین می باشد که می بایست برای اندازه گیری NT در محدوده ی 45 تا 84 میلی متر باشد. NB یا استخوان بینی (Nasal Bone) ،در این سونوگرافی نیز بررسی می شود. مشاهده نشدن استخوان بینی ،می تواند نشانه مهمی باشد و نیاز به بررسی کروموزومی جنین وجود داشته باشد. برای انجام سونوگرافی غربالگری بهتر است گرسنه نباشید. آزمایش غربالگری هم نیاز به ناشتایی ندارد لذا با مصرف مواد غذایی اختلالی در انجام این دو کار پیش نمی‌آید. مصرف غذا یا مواد غذایی شیرین قبل از انجام سونوگرافی به علت ایجاد حرکات مناسب جنین حین سونوگرافی توصیه میشود. حداکثر 24 ساعت پس از انجام سونوگرافی NT فرصت دارید تا جواب سونوگرافی خود را جهت انجام آزمایش خون به آزمایشگاه ببرید. چه عواملی دقت سونوگرافی NT را کاهش می‌دهد؟ -وجود اضافه وزن بالا در خانم باردار -یبوست مادر در هنگام سونوگرافی -نبود کافی مایع آمنیوتیک دور جنین -دراز کشیدن نادرست جنین حین سونوگرافی -تکان خوردن بیش از حد جنین حین سونوگرافی #NT #NB #CRL #first_trimester_sonography

Jumping Crocodile Cruise, Adelaide River Vi var på Jumping Crocodile Cruise på Adelaide River. Vi så nogle kæmpestore krokodiller. De hoppede ud af vandet for at få fat i maddingen, og det var virkelig cool og frygtindgydende - i kan også høre rædslen i folks stemmer på båden 😂 de er vanvittigt hurtige og de her var endnu større end dem vi så i Crocodylus Park. 🐊 til sidst fodrede guiden en masse rovfugle der pludselig kom i massevis da han kastede bacon ud i søen. De spiser baconen direkte fra deres fødder mens de flyver, det er ret vildt. Crocodylus Park pt. 3 Vi var så glade for at vi gik lov at holde de søde små krokodiller (med tape på munden så de ikke prøvede på noget🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹). Denne her var 2,5 år gammel. Vi holdte også en form for firben der havde en helt blå tunge, som man lidt utydeligt kan se på billedet. 🩵💙 Der var også hjelmkasuarer og søde wallabies man kunne kæle lidt med (hvis de gad🥹). Der var endda de sødeste små surikater. 😍 der var løver og andre dyr også 💚 på vej ud til en anden krokodilleroplevelse så vi også nogle sjove krok-statuer. 🙈 “Fun”-fact: krokodiller hoster hårboller op ligesom katte. Man har opklaret flere sager hvor folk er blevet meldt savnet, hvorefter man et par uger senere finder alt deres hår osv i en krokodille-hårbolle. Crocodylus Park pt. 2 1+2: En slags firben (ingen ide om hvilket, men det ligner en leguan), men det var kæmpestort og meget fascinerende. De havde temmeligt menneskelige øjne og var meget tilstedeværende - Super cute. 😍 3: krokodillerne bliver fodret og hopper efter deres mad. De kan hoppe deres egen længde over vandet.💀😵 4+5: Vi synes lige i skulle høre lyden af krokodillernes gab, der lukker - det lyder som om nogen slår på en metaltønde, og er virkelig freaky. 😅 prøv forresten lige at se hvor hurtig krokodillen er på video 5. 6+7: Vi fik begge lov at prøve at fodre kæmpestore saltvandskrokodiller. Mathias fodrede en hun, som jo ikke er så stor - men hun gjorde godt nok op for det i sin agilitet - hun snappede ud efter det kød i en hastighed hvor vi slet ikke kunne nå at reagere før det var spist. 😂 de kan reagere 3-4x hurtigere end et menneske kan nå at blinke. 😅. Nathalie fodrede en gigantisk han på over 4 meter. Crocodylus Park pt. 1 D. 20/4 var vi i Crocodylus Park i Darwin. Der var vildt mange krokodiller og det var super spændende at være der. Vi fik begge lov at prøve at fodre kæmpestore saltvandskrokodiller. Mere om det i næste opslag. Der var babykrokodiller, indhegninger med riiigtig mange krokodiller, og en masse krokodillepar i forskellige indhegninger. En af dem var lidt creepy, fordi det var en han der havde spist mange af sine tidligere partnere. Han var blevet fanget ind til krokodilleparken, da han blev ved med at fange kvæg og spise halvdelen af dem og efterlade dem rundt omkring på farmene, og en aften gik han på en killing spree og dræbte 9 store krokodiller på én nat - så besluttede man sig for han måske skulle afskærmes fra de andre krokodiller. Nu er han sammen med en hun som lever endnu (han dræbte sine forrige partnere inden de kunne nå at parre sig). 🐊🫠 vi har virkelig fået øjnene op for at de er ægte dræbermaskiner. De har ikke den samme komplekse personlighed og følelser på samme måde som f.eks. The customer service was definitely top tier, friendly, amazing hospitality, engaging, accomodating and just a spectacular vibe. This is definitely one of the best mexican restaurants in Darwin so far and one we will be coming back to again and again.
