It’s so individualised as so many components can effect it training e.g. diet, fatigue, mental state, climate, hydration, muscle growth rates etc! TRUTH BOMB INCOMING 💣💖 Guess what… you are the only one standing in your own way. Yes timing can be a factor but if you keep “waiting” for the right time, there will always be something or some excuse affecting your willingness to try. PROGRESS is not always linear. That’s what makes it a “journey”. Your willingness to overcome what you perceive as hurdles will strengthen you both physically and mentally. ♥️♥️♥️. Don’t get me wrong, I am in no way “done” or “achieved” all my fitness goals but trust me, it’s been a ride to get to where I am now. I’ve had injuries, concussions, weight gain, weight loss, pandemics etc. BUT… it’s the act of me looking back now on what I have overcome which brings me true happiness and confidence from within. In a NUTSHELL. There is a basic scientific principle to achieve your goals. Your ATTITUDE defines how you get there. HURDLES will come your way but you can choose to get up, shake off your booty and try again. Sometimes, you can choose to wallow in it for a while, and sometimes your soul needs that 💖. But don’t let a “setback” define you. You are more than that, you are stronger, you are worthy and you can do this! Whatever your goal may be, if you believe you can achieve it, you already halfway there 😘♥️.
